The parking lot looked a bit sketchy with a few colorful people around. Was advised to remove anything off my motorcycle that was "not bolted down" as there were apparently several homeless people around the property burglarizing vehicles and stealing anything that was easily accessible.

Price was fair though a tad on the higher side for the location. Room was clean and comfortable.

I have stayed in many different rooms and every mattress is hard and old. Even a pad on top would help. I wake up sore every time I stay there. I don’t like 3rd shift worker always tries charging my card for full amount even though I pay in full online. I even tell her this.

I really like the suite and AC units work really well in room. Pool & gym are big plus on day off. I really like 1st shift manager. She very nice.

Booking.com messed up my reservation , I had two rooms booked through booking.com and they only booked my one room at our hotel with one queen bed when I booked two rooms for 5 people . Our hotel said this happens all the time with booking.com

I didn't like anything and neither person at front desk seemed to care about the problems with room. If you stay here you are a sucker. Now I know why there were only a few other people staying here

Location is terrible. Even MapQuest couldn't get me there. Room was terrible. Dingy. Musky smell. Sink was plugged up. Toilet was dirty. Neither Ice machine worked. Told me to go to hotel across parking lot to get Ice. It was pouring down rain. Refrigerator was frozen over. Phone doesn't work so couldn't call front desk. Supposed to be handicap room. Tub was so tall I. Couldn't step into it. Price is totally outrageous for this dump.

It was perfect

An emergency had me driving the 2 hour 20 minute trek across the state in the middle of the night. Beyond tired, zero plan i was able to check in my room at 1:32am. My room had a light on and cleaned for me by the time I checked in and reached the 3rd floor. It was quiet, clean, comfortable temperature, allowing me to get much needed shut eye. I woke to fresh coffee and a hot tea with my biscuit eggs and gravy breakfast downstairs. Forgot my key upstairs and they quicky resolved my issue. Will be staying again in the future. Amazing staff. Can't thank all of you enough.

Well, I wasn’t a fan of the fully armed SWAT team kicking in a door three rooms down. But hey, it didn’t directly affect my stay unless you count the 45 minutes I spent lying still and pretending to be invisible. It was like dinner theater with flashbangs. I’m not sure what the other guest did, but I hope they at least got their security deposit back.

The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet—at least until the tactical boots hit the hallway. The bed was soft, the A/C worked like a dream, and the front desk staff was professional and welcoming. The shower had great water pressure (an underrated gem), and parking was easy and convenient. The decor gave off a subtle charm, like a place that really wants to believe it’s still a three-star establishment. I appreciated the location too—close to everything I needed, yet just far enough from reality.

The hotel location is of the freeway. First room provided had several stained sheets discolored yellow and red. 2nd room had stained sheets not cleaned dirty floors, spiderweb on chair? ants in carpet and Flying ants in room and on bed. Stayed up killing them. Shower was full of cement particles and when turned on seeping from wall unit. The bathroom sink was dirty not tissue available not cleaned from previous stay. Torn curtains at window. I have stay at pet friendly hotels better than this one.

Room smelled musty, loud fan outside in the hallway all night and we got a room right in front of it despite the hotel looking almost empty, stains on sheets and filthy windowsills, no remote for TV in room, was told to park by the side entrance but that door didnt work
