Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesI was not given a receipt when we checked out. She said, we would receive one on our credit card. This is not proper business procedure. Also, the coffee pot provided it the room would not work. Not a good product. I would change them because they said they had lots of problems with them. I would also remove the hair dryer off of the bathroom door as it bans each time you close the door. the room could use a large lamp for more lighting.

United StatesThe only complaint we had as a family was that there was too much chlorine in the pool and it burned our eyes when we swim in the pool and it was too cold in the pool room. We did voice our complaints to Ashley at the front desk and she said that was a maintenance problem and that we would have talked to maintenance, that was the only issue

United StatesThe tile floor at entry and bathroom was sticky. Walking across it left shoe marks. They needed to change the mop water more often. I had to take a hand towel, soak it with water, and hand-wash the floor before we could walk on it. The carpet seemed clean, but needs replacing. Both receptionists were tolerable but not friendly.

United StatesThere was no hot tub as shown described on website, they didn’t have pancakes which was a major let down because it was advertised the toaster was broken, the hairdryer was broken, the air conditioner leaked. The tv turned on and off again during the night when the remote was on the table by no one. House keeping k picked on the door at 8:30am which is way to early.
