The room was very dirty. There were stains on the carpet that looked like either something was spilled or possibly vomit. In the bathroom, there were pink marks on the tiles—hopefully just shampoo. The air conditioning units outside the window made loud noise all day and night. Even though we checked in around 3–4 PM, we were denied a different room. I checked Booking.com and saw six rooms of the same category still available, but the receptionist refused to help, saying Booking.com shows false availability. He was rude and dismissive.

The breakfast was varied and satisfying. There were yogurts, eggs, bacon, pastries, and fresh fruits like bananas and apples. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the highway, which was nice.

The room did seem a bit dated. The ceiling in the bathroom was discolored and gross. There could be way better lighting in the bathroom as well. The shade over one lamp was dirty and black.

The guy who checked us in was amazing!!! He made us feel welcomed and it was a pleasure being there. And not to mention, it smelled so good.

•The carpet in our room (#417) had stains and needed cleaning. •the entry door to our room looked really bad (#417) • one of the elevators had a delay when going to our floor and made a funny sound before stopping.

•Property was close to the Beach! (5 miles) •The property was great for the most part. •The breakfast bar was excellent! •We ate at the restaurant next door twice and it was amazing! (The Cove) •Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. •The air conditioning in our room worked excellent, which we appreciated since it was 90+ degrees. •Hotel staff were nice & helpful.

Our room for the week ended up being by the laundry room, so some nights it was very noisy.

We come every year for a family vacation and are never disappointed. The staff is very nice and accommodating, pool is the perfect size and the breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. The kids love getting choices they like and the staff always speaks to them. We actually came a day earlier and they were able to get us in a room, which i was ecstatic about.

We enjoyed the pool, but it’s definitely not as big as the photo angle makes it look.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Having Direct TV was very good, rather than the random Roku TV setup. Breakfast also was plentiful and great with various eggs and meats, the cinnamon rolls were terrific and the fresh oatmeal. Thank you!

Our shower did not drain well. We stayed 2 days. We told the receptionist. The 2nd day I did not shower because my husband showered first and it took at least 20 minutes before his shower water drained and I ran out of time. Maybe the maintenance didn’t have enough time to fix it.

Staff was friendly. Location and parking was great. Room was clean and maid service was great.

The carpet in our room had a lot of dirty spots and should be replaced. On the first day, breakfast area was not kept well at all. Tables were dirty, waste bins were overflowing.
