There was no bedding for the sofa bed (I had to go down and ask, and carry it up and set it up myself) and I had hoped for a separate bedroom and a living area. The two beds and sofa were all in one big room.

The breakfast was good but had limited options for gluten free and dairy free eaters. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

I didn't care for taste of bacon and sausage. There was no plain eggs. I don't like what was mixed within the eggs. I prefer plain. The AC went out, but I was able to switch rooms. The room also had a bad smell that was noticeable when the AC went out, the room became very warm. I could hear the guests next door having sex.

Breakfast had several options which I liked. I noticed the bacon had mixture of some cooked well, some cooked med, some cooked lighter. This gives guests a choice to their liking. The bed was comfy. The AC worked well when it worked. I had to switch rooms.

The tub in room 203 was very slippery and my son hurt his hip when he stepped in the tub and slipped. The tub needs better grip. There weren't any tissues.

Breakfast had a lot of different things to eat and drink. Staff was attentive and helpful and it was very clean. My room was clean. I loved the fridge, Keurig and microwave? ,

I didn’t like that the parking was small but there’s nothing that can fix that but I also didn’t like that there wasn’t trash bags in the trash cans

NO, Zilch, AMENITIES!!! If you wanted a snack or soda forget it, nothing! We were told the owner too everything out during Covid and won’t put the amenities back in the Hotel Lobby. How cheap and lame is that? Really hospitable 🙁

When we first checked and went to the room there were two double beds. One looked fresh and smoothed out, the other looked like the last guest had tidied it up themselves, kind of rumpled. The front desk employee assured me that it had just been cleaned and inspected, but quickly switched us to another room. One table lamp needed a new bulb. I found a staff member that night to get a replacement. Hair dryer was missing. The bathroom vanity lighting was weird. Two lights on either side, but they were about 6 feet up, so pretty useless. The breakfast area area was spacious but really pretty drab. The floor and all the furnishings were shades of brown.

Very complete breakfast with five prepared hot choices and all of the other usual options. Helpful staff who quickly resolved two problems with the room. Good lighting in room and comfortable bed. Big armchair with big footrest.

The elevator button to get off on the second floor wasn't working. That was a inconvenience. Hope that gets sorted out.

I was totally disappointed that the pool was not open! I wish that was known before booking.

I was amazingly surprised regarding the breakfast. It was above what I expected and delicious. Thats the type of breakfast every hotel needs. Good Job. The breakfast attendant was so friendly and helpful. She kept the area clean and enjoyable for all guest.
