The shower and toilet kept leaking. I reported it twice, but nothing was done about it. They contacted me and said they couldn't accommodate a room change. I just left it alone. I didn't want to make a big deal about it.

The cold spa tub, cold coffee in the lobby, uncomfortable bed

The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok. It was clean and in a safe area. The beds were not very comfortable and our toilet didn’t flush completely. The coffee in the lobby was stone cold later in the day and the pool area was below 60 degrees. It looks like there is a hot tub in the pool area when you view their pictures but that too is stone cold despite there being a sign on the wall warning you of the hot temperatures. The front desk called it a spa pool when i asked how to turn on the heat. I have never before seen a bubbling cold spa tub! That was truly disappointing! The breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

I went through booking.com I selected a room with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa but ended with 2 queen beds. I was told by holiday inn that it was a glitch with booking.com. at 1st I was told they don't have rooms like the one I requested but later I spoke to a different staff and that's when she said it was booking.com glitch

The elevator seemed to struggle, there are many scuff marks that need repainting, the outdoors had trash that should have been picked up.

The pool was closed, and it was the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had an old smell and there were many small things that made it feel dingy overall. The window covering had holes in it; the carpet was stained; there were marks on the walls; the shower curtain was moldy and hooks were broken; the water from the faucet smelled bad; the toilet handle was finicky/broken.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent. Room was decently clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool and hot tub were closed. There were stains on the carpet in the room. When I pulled the towel off the rack it fell off the wall. And the garbage all around the hotel was awful.
