Updates were shoddy. Paint spatters, gap in flooring. Plastic on mattresses make it hot and hard to move. I understand protecting the mattresses, but surely there is a more comfortable option.

The location for me is perfect and next to a Wallmart and opposite Loanstar Restaurant which is fabulous. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The check in was great. Aged carpet and lack of an ice machine on 3rd floor I took the stairs and the stairs were stained and dirty. Breakfast was complimentary. However, it was not tasteful and the eggs were hard at 6:00 am. Side note: the light fixture in bathroom had bugs in it. I am a facility manager so I notice. It was still good! Thank you!!.

Everything is skimpy. Towels were few and far between. Breakfast was not healthy and cheap food. Eggs were terrible and the hot water was cold every day.

Miscommunication

Miscommunication. I paid for an extra night when I actually was checking out and thought I was clearing my bill. Staff could of told me or reassured me that the bill was paid.

It was a bit tired and old fashioned. The breakfast did not have any healthy options. The room was very noisy from a generator.

When I asked the front desk for an extra wash cloth and bath towel he asked me how many people were in the room, and when I told him he said there should be a housekeeper somewhere..yeah, it’s a no for me

Customer service and lack of hair dryer: - We asked for extra towels and they were hesitant to provide them by saying “you have two guests, two towels for two guests.” - We also asked for a hair dryer and one was not available.

We enjoyed the renovations! The rooms no longer have carpet, and smell nicer. The shower was luxurious! I wish the shower head had multiple settings and the pressure was stronger, but it was still very nice.

My room key deactivated twice and I had to go to office to have it reactivated. The room was not especially clean. The hotel rooms needed to be repainted.

Drawers and bathroom were dirty. AC did not work and had to move rooms. Room service never came and even stated ," they don't tidy the rooms up while guests are there." Front desk gave some else our room by mistake so we had someone trying to enter the room. Not his fault, front desk should've paid attention.

There was no extra lock on my door. I had to make my own. The bar was there but not what you attach it to. My coffee pot was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while so I had no coffee in my room. Older hotel so no tech or USB plug ins.

The staff were nice. The bed and floors were clean. Biscuits and gravy were fine.
