One of two elevators was out of service. This made for long waits at the one and only. Vending (none) & ice machines on guest room floors were non-functional. Breakfast offerings could have been expanded some.

Seemed understaffed or overwhelmed at the front desk; couldn't call down to the front desk because either the line was busy or phone was off the hook for several hours at a time, had to leave the room and go down to the front desk for any questions or needs then wait for staff to arrive; pool is tiny, especially when the hotel is fully booked

Room was very comfortable and location is great for activities in the city and surrounding areas; hot breakfast was good despite limited offerings; housekeeping staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient; very good rates compared to comparable hotels in the area

When we arrived we had to wait ages for someone on reception to come and check us in. . I asked for a quiet room and she gave us one on the busy main road. I asked to change rooms but she said there wa no rooms available on the other side of the hotel. She did not come over as very friendly or welcoming. No potatoes at breakfast like we had in all the other hotels we stayed in.

Would have liked to have gotten rid of that person who was smoking. .I did alert the front desk and said he would follow-up if he could figure out who it was.

The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal.Very helpful and very kind. There was however someone smoking in a room on our floor so there was a terrible smell and the fire alarm went off for about an hour during our stay.

Our toilet backed up and they sent a plunger instead of sending the staff to fix it

The facility was under construction, which I knew from other reviews. The traffic noise was a little louder than I anticipated. Overall, it’s a clean facility in a pretty easy to access area with shopping and some restaurant variety very close by.

Were remodeling. Front desk area was a mess. The tv. Was a smart tv. And had all the goodies I just couldn't log into it! Really wasn't happy

Only thing I didn't like was the way the staff was dressed and them not being at the front desk all the time you walk in there's no one there but I've seen people standing there waiting for them I know and no one's there and I came in to speak to someone and I had to holler excuse me if she was in the back I don't think that's ever happened and they need to get more than one person to work so if someone needs to walk away then still be someone at the deck. And back to the way the staff dress I said shorts hoodies on the head blue jeans t-shirts that were not iron they look terrible I'm sorry they said I want some kind of uniform shirt with the hotel name on it or something I never been to a hotel instead of didn't have on a either a shirt with the name on it or a jacket I was kind of upset because this was the first time that I was at the hotel and they was dress like that something need to be done about that.

I like the new me modeling and the rooms.

There was a lady there that worked overnights I believe her name was nene she went above & beyond making my stay excellent

I thought breakfast was good was not able to have pan cakes with only one machine and lots of people ,that was frustrating . location was ok but road noise is definitely an issue. the hall way noise as well was also problem . thankfully people where respectful most of the time.
