That I would hear back by now regarding the bag that says I am the rose of Sharon it’s black and white striped and it has a flower on it. It has song of Solomon and there’s paperwork in it and I’m missing a jewelry bag from that. that’s very important and some paperwork during our stay we had to go through a lot of items From a funeral - The Jacuzzi should be hot. It was about as warm as what you would consider an indoor warm pool meaning it was cold. Please get the Jacuzzi hot a lot of guests. There were really needing it. The kids don’t mind and enjoy the cold indoors, but the adults need a hot Jacuzzi. Also if you can get some type of better food beverage service in your area to purchase, that would be great

The quality of the breakfast, the variety, the staff, I am still looking for missing item in room 304 which is a bag of paperwork and a red mesh type of bag that you tie up that has a small pen and little vials from soil from the holy land and also a blue plain box that has a white plain wedding band in it that’s my husband and I think I left all of that inside a bag of paperwork and I’m still looking for it and they said they couldn’t find it so I’m waiting for housekeeping to get back to me and that would be great. 253-212-2324. Please have them call me regarding a bag of paperwork, and a missing jury blue box inside a red bag that you would normally get for a piece of jewelry sometimes to make it more decorative it was red like almost holiday - Had a drawstring and it had to flag it and I need it

Generous breakfast buffet was outstanding, with such a friendly, helpful hostess. We loved the delux bathroom with a roomy shower for hubby and a deep soaking tub for me, making the Exec King Suite a terrific value, along with the dreamy bed and fluffy pillows. The decorative black-out shade and quietness made it easy to sleep late. Will be looking for this same hotel in other travels.

The shower clearly had not been cleaned in some time. My wife would not take a shower due to the condition of the shower and showed me the scum that scraped off the shower floor. Also, the door keys didn't work and had to be re-programmed. The oven was broken concerning the hot breakfast.

The AC blows so hard it is not comfortable at the desk area whatsoever. Not having a hot breakfast was disappointing. Whoever is in charge of fixing the needed equipment needs to get with it. Your nightly charge doesn't reflect the lack of expected service.

Oven was out and we were not told at check-in so no eggs or meat. No pancake batter out. No yogurt, barely warm coffee, no bananas. Unacceptable

Our bathroom was horrendous. There were curly and long black hairs all o ver the shower, and black mold growing on the sealing of the shower. It clearly had missed more than one cleaning.

Hotel was being renovated and was very nice in most areas, staff were polite. Breakfast was good.

It was a bit hard for us to find at night. Siri’s GPS directions were a bit confusing. The parking lot could have been brighter.

Very nice, large and comfortable room! Slept very well after a long trip. Breakfast was delicious. It had lots of options available. The room was quiet.
