Needs some updating, stayed at property twice in the last month and the TVs don’t work properly. Bathrooms, carpets need a redo. Swimming pool was gross our first visit & didn’t look great our 2nd.

Bathroom is called handicap accessible but the shower needs a holder for the shower head No place to put shower head when occupant is washing hair or body. Also curtain was too short which allowed much water to pool on the bathroom floor making it slippery which could have resulted in a bad fall. We had to put several towels on the floor to keep the floor from getting slippery. Why do hotels/motels not provide recliners? There are some of us that can only sleep comfortably in a recliner.

The hot tub - The jets were not working. The last time we were there on May 5th, 2025. The hot tub wasn't working that night as well. We would have given you a better rating if the hot tub was working last night June 25th, 2025. As well as back in May

Great rooms, plenty of pillows. This was myself and my wife's second stay here. This time we drove her by ourselves. We just realized that you had very nice restaurants close by like (1) Applebee's (2) buffalo wild wings (3) Outback steakhouse (4) fazzzolies. Plus you had a Walmart as well

The staff was great, but it would have been better to have a few more people to handle customers checking in.

Breakfast was great. The location was really nice too. It was pretty, and it was very close to many restaurants. Also a Walmart and a Menards were not far away either.

Frustrated with the noise level of other guests at midnight. The people above us were slamming doors, running and jumping on their floor (our ceiling) for over an hour 12am past 1am. We needed sleep as had a long day of 7 hours of driving.

Didn’t seem like there were many for the cleaning crew, so it took most of the day for them to get to our room.

Clean, staff were very friendly. We had a tornado warning in the middle of the night and the staff were very helpful and kind throughout everything.

Not a lot of spaces for groups to sit and hang out being a hotel close to a convention center. Some staff not so friendly or seemed irritated with us using lobby chairs to gather as a group outside of hotel rooms. For the price of breakfast I expected more. I’ve gotten more options with a free breakfast at other hotels before. The plumbing in our room wasn’t very good. Toilet barely flushed, sink gurgling and once shower drain there were big rust particles laying on the floor of the tub…definitely not giving my kid a bath in there.

We had trouble with the TV. One of the room's TV's got fixed, but not the other. Tiles in the bathroom were broken.

The rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. Pool was perfect for the kids.

Check in wasn't friendly or welcoming. Your signage is hard to see, building is worn, elevator carpet is a trip hazard.

Bed was very comfortable. Family gathering and we used the tables and chairs for multiple conversations. Quiet night.

Needs a full time maintenance person, there was tons of small issues that you don’t notice at first. Tiles cracked, grout gaps, molding spots, water damage throughout. It was incredibly loud, in our room anytime the water ran even in other rooms it echoed in the room. The noise from anyone having a whisper of a conversation in the hallway, our alarm clock which was routed through the bed frame was constantly buzzing, there was zero ventilation in the room. Our carpet had disgusting black spots all over it. The curtains had this idiotic stopper so you couldn’t shut them all the way, which clearly several people noticed and tried to remove because they were covered with scratch marks. The lobby bathroom lock doesn’t actually work, so if you have to use the bathroom while swimming or T breakfast good luck. This hotel was the deciding factor in my wife and my choice to adjust our budget for hotels. Despite us having paid $209 disappointing for a holiday weekend.

Did not have the room I reserved. Blamed it on Booking.com. Had not made up the sofa bed. No mattress pad. No blankets. When I went to get blankets for my elderly mother, there was blood on one and the other had brown stains. Coffee maker did not work. Electric blinds Did not work. Ice machine was broken. Not a good stay. Soured me on IHG and Bookimg.com

Not having the room I requested for stay

They didn’t book our room and gave what we needed to someone else after I booked a month ago. Had to be put in 2 separate rooms was a very chaotic check in

When we arrived after a full day of traveling, the rooms were not made up at 9:30pm. It took a full hour of moving from floor to floor, back and forth to front desk, to get 2 rooms.

Once settled in rooms after an hour of trying to find rooms that were made up, it was okay.
