United States- The housekeeping doesn't do a good job of tidying up the room. They did not reset the bedsheets and also didn't clean the bathroom. We had to call and complain for them to do it the next day. - The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom which is weird. - The key cards stop working randomly and we had to get them reset.

United StatesThe bathroom was very dark and kind of small. The rest of the room was well lit and had back lighting everywhere. So we were very surprised when the bathroom had one small, very dim orange light.
The breakfast was phenomenal. Staff kept it stocked and clean. Everything was hot and fresh. The kids were so excited about the many different options.

United StatesStupid Kerig in room DID NOT work. But was lucky our room (104) was not far from the hot coffee in the breakfast/ lobby area, but just a bummer when you have to get dressed more to go out there to get coffee.Did let the front desk know at check out about the Kerig.
Loved the hot breakfast!! Parking was ok but seemed like it was further from room than some motel/ hotels I have stayed at.

Breakfast was very good. and was varied each day of our two day stay. Items were replenished as needed and counters kept tidy. Very well-pleased with the suite we had. The extra space allowed us to relax and be more comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful with any questions asked. Shuttle service to and from airport was prompt and efficient.
