Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIts small but mentioning it because its something I didnt like. We were woken up very early in the morning by banging on the door person saying "FRONTDESK" we responded, and they banged again, so now get up go to the door to find that the person is walking away, we ask what he wanted, just ignoring our inquiry. You banged on the door woke us up and no explanation?? No apology no nothing, we saw the individual when we went down for breakfast (might as well since we're up now) and he had the opportunity again to at least address it, but all he had to say was " I didnt do anything, they sent me to the wrong room" while that's what he was told to do, all we wanted was an apology for the rude wake up and lack of understanding. A simple, I'm sorry wrong room or something would've sufficed at the time. No one wants to be woken up like it's the Police at the door. We did exchange words with the guy (not our finest moment)but outside of that we did enjoy our stay everything else was perfect.
I loved how CLEAN the room was, including the hallways and common areas of the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and engaged.
