Breakfast area was too small. With 70 plus rooms in the hotel, the breakfast area had probably 8 or so tables with limited chairs to sit and eat. I have seen houses with bigger dining rooms than this hotel. The first day we did not get a place to eat at 9am and a lot of other guests didn't either. It was packed, crowded to get the items and then you had to take them to your room to eat. Not a very good experience. Did not eat there the next day and went outside.

Internet is very inconsistent. It works great for awhile and then stops working for a few minutes, which is frustrating. Location on main road is noisy, especially early in the morning.

I was charged $200 for incidentals per night. There were no incidentals. I have not been credited back the money yet. So not happy about this!

I didn't realize that the room is not automatically cleaned every day unless you request for it. It would be nice if the front desk mentions this when we check in.

The breakfast was good with basic selections for breakfast like eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, cereals, different types of bread and yummy cinnamon rolls. The breakfast area is small and very clean. Good choice of yogurt, fruits and milk. The room is very spacious and well equipped. It even has a small microwave which is hard to find in any hotel. The location is also right next to Wendy's and Starbucks. They even have fresh cookies and water in the lobby.

I expected grander and newer for the price we paid- the carpet is tired, the hall is tired, the window is tired, desk char tired. Unfortunately extremely noisy from busy street.

Room consumables were not replenished every day and room was to be cleaned every 5 days which didn't make sense for our four day stay. After the first day we notified the reception that we wanted the room cleaned. Nothing happened the next day. The third day we finally got them to clean the room and replenish consumables. Breakfast facilities were good but again, coffe,creamer and juice containers were empty and no one seemed to notice until you called their attention on it

The property is great, well maintained and very clean. Good access, close to other towns in the area, included parking.

The layout of the hotel but I suppose it could not be helped given the lot that it was built into. The stairs and elevator were in an awkward place and there was no lobby to speak of but I suppose that’s Holiday and Express and the lobby is not to be expected.

The breakfast was more than I was expecting and about the same quality that I was expecting. The staff in the breakfast room were extraordinary and extra helpful in every way.

It was a great stay, manager granted us a late check out sunday as we had an 8:00 game and then 3:30 and it was pouring.. we were able to come back have breakfast, relax and use the dryer to get uniform dried out for next game! We greatly appreciated it!

Location was perfect for us... in town for our kids soccer tournament at park off roosevelt. We have a quad cab truck so the parking was a bit tricky with a fairly full garage. we ended up taking a spot and a half in the uncovered area, sharing the 1/2 with another truck that had issues... but it worked!
