Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rate was a little high, but it was rally week so I guess we expected it to be a little higher.
It was ok. Regular hotel fare. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet all night.

Very dated. No carpet in the rooms. No hot tub.

The tub could have used a good thorough check by housekeeping but overall pretty good.
We slept so good we didn't make breakfast and our schedule was a factor. It smelled good and I was hoping to try the waffles ☺️

A motor (laundry??) was randomly making a deep rumbling sound that I couldn't get used to. Breakfast was a blend of fresh and day-old sausage and chopped, fried potatoes. The eggs were strange. It was all "ok". The coffee was great!
I was accomodated with a large, ground floor room to keep my ebike in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean above average. TV channels did have movies.

Was disappointed to only have 1 wash cloth in the room for 2 people for 2 nights. When I asked housekeeping for more washcloths they said they were all out. Other guests in our party who were on a separate floor experienced guests "moving" out in the middle of the night loudly and apparently couldn't do it during waking hours.
Breakfast was great! Front desk was nice to let us use the breakfast room to play games with our families in the evening. Price was good for the room we had.

Staff was very nice and helpful, room was kind confusing finding the light switch that was behind the microwave and the bed sheets had cigarettes burns on it.

The first room I was given had not been made up yet, but the front desk got me into another room quickly. The orange juice at the breakfast was so watered down, it was hard to tell it was orange juice. There wasn't quite enough parking available and the location did not lend itself to finding alternate parking readily.
The location was farther from the highway than I would have liked, but straightforward getting there. Good location if having business at the nearby hospital. The room I finally got to was clean; the bed was comfortable and the HVAC allowed me to adjust the room temperature to a comfortable setting. Breakfast had several options and was done well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Food quality was disappointing.
Breakfast was marginal. Potatoes were excellent. Scrambled? eggs were barely warm. Coffee machine had out of order sign taped to it. Seemed to work ok. Room was good. Beds were overly firm (to me). TV was unplugged, no channel guide. Proximity to hospital was nice. Staff was helpful.

Noisy area, rooms dated, housekeeping needs to do a better job (bathroom tile dirty, corners of bathroom filthy, shower curtain had hair on it, room floor had dirt on it.
Convenient to hospital, centrally located. Safe friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory (bare minimum)

I did NOT like that $474.00 was held during our stay for incidental deposit besides the entire cost of stay. Our budget was not much and for them to keep that much as a deposit is not a pleasant experience

it is overpriced. The worst Quality Inn I've stayed and the price was doubled of the regular one. Bad breakfast, not so clean rooms, staff is not helpful at all.

The shower wasn’t very clean and they need to upgrade the shower head. Breakfast was alright but the toaster was broken and choices were limited.
It wasn’t loud, easy to park and nicely updated.

They charged me four times for my room and I had to get the manager to fix it and then the computer system did it again the next day.
The manager went out of her way to fix the issue they were having with checking me in.
