Breakfast was very good, biew of the river was very nice too

The staff at the front desk were all excellent, the lobby and common area are nice and updated but that unfortunately didn’t extend to the rooms.

The bathroom had a strange smell and the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our check-in as there were visible skid marks from a previous stay. Our room was relatively nice compared to family members who stayed in other rooms under different reservations, one complained of stained yellow sheets in their room and another found a dead cockroach in theirs. The complimentary breakfast was advertised until 9:30am, we went downstairs at 8:00am and half of the offerings were completely finished and were never replenished.

I was planning a trip from NYC to Buffalo and the hotel was on our road the facilities is good for my needs but the cleanliness wasn't as expected Great Breakfast included

The staff was friendly and professional. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The lobby area was not very clean. The lounge chairs and sofas in the lobby area were dirty and stained. The bathroom was not cleaned, and there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom. I wanted to use the pull out couch and there were no linens provided. I had to call the front desk and ask for linens. It was certainly not worth the $335.00 per/night rate they charged me for my stay.

Value for money is zero. Nice exterior & lobby. Friendly front desk. Location not bad. Room cleaniless is zero. Stained pillow cases and bedspread & dirty. Had to request for fresh bedsheet & spread it before we could sleep beause we all started sneezing & coughing as soon as hit the bed. We were wondering if the room was clean. Window, you don't want to roll the blind up. So disgusting! Don't waste your money!

The breakfast is amazing! The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and kind. My kids love the cookies in the lobby!

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, and had pealing paint.

The hotel is Ok for the money.

Rooms not quite clean.had broken ceiling in the room so had to ask to change the room. Thin walls so could hear the neighbors. The locatio is Ok if all you need is to stay for the night, there is nothing around, just McDonalds across the street. Breakfast was Ok. Fast easy check in check out

Overnight stay on route up state to Niagara. Location was ideal.

It was very tired looking particularly the bathroom and there was no quilt to cover only a fleece throw between two sheets.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Having a shower instead of a tub was nice.

There was a room next to me that said staff only. I was awoke at 1:30am by a loud tv from that room that went on for over an hour. I called the front desk three times with no answer.

I like the location. The clerk who checked me in, a young man was very nice,welcoming, sweet.

Honestly I think the rooms should be cleaner. The a c on off button was broken, the bathroom sink drain wasn't working, had to properly it open . You can see dust on the surfaces of desk and it doesn't seem things are truly cleaned and disinfected. The women manager I checked out with was cold,unfriendly,no smile.. She's in the hospitality business?? I think she's in the wrong job

I stayed in other Best Westerns I was somewhat disappointed in the overalls

Poor Breakfast very little left at 8:30 am Several used Towel on the hallways floors $ 50.- fee refundable charge ,so far I did not get refunded not happy about it, we left the room super clean

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was friendly.

The ice machines didn't work. Our fridge was leaking. The sink in the kitchen area didn't work. There were remnants of a previous occupant left in the room which indicated to me that they did not take the time to do a thorough cleaning of the room.

Cleanliness!!! The room was moldy. The bed sheets were not clean and the pillows smelled sweat. The room carpets were dirty, not even vacuumed.

Close to location to the job I was doing!

The bathroom shower and toilet could use bleach. There is a ton of mold growing in the shower and the toilet could use some scrubbing
