The ceiling and walls in the room were cracking. Coffee was terrible in room and at breakfast.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Breakfast was a little lacking. I watched someone drop the waffle fork on the floor and just put it back on the counter. There was no one around to ask for a new one.

Heat in the room didn't work and was very noisey. There was an outside light that was strobing. They did offer us another room, but we really didn't need the heat, so we were fine, and the blackout curtains took care of the light

Their were several small things wrong with my room. They offered to switch rooms but I arrived after a very long drive and I had already unpacked everything so I dealt with them. The largest item was the security latch was inoperative due to missing a part. The main light was out in the bathroom and the hair dryer holder was broken and barely secure to the wall so the hair dryer wouldn't remain in the holder. In all fairness to the staff, they offered to switch my room on the second day when I brought up the issues but I was only there for one more night so I didn't want the hassle of moving everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I will be back to this location in one week staying for 3-4 days but I will check my room BEFORE unpacking.

Did not care for the smell of incense that was in the hotel. whether it was a spray scent or burned incense, it was a bit unpleasant. what is wrong with regular air freshener?

My main complaint is the humidity in the room. We tried turning on the AC to help pull out some moisture and it was just sticky and freezing at that point. The King sized bed- only my infant son and I slept in the bed- was not solid when you sat on the side (nursing, getting shoes on etc). It felt like it wasn't on the bed frame and multiple times at night/half asleep- that sucked. It really didn't feel particularly clean with stains on the fitted sheet, the desk lamp, chair and curtains. Maybe for a $60 hotel but not closer to $90.

I forgot breastmilk in the fridge after I returned my room key and the attendant was happy to let me go back to my room and retrieve it after check out. PHEW! Thank you Dilip! The breakfast was nice with a waffle maker available.

There was a smell in our room. AC was not on when we came into our room and it felt humid and sticky, especially the carpet.

The first thing we noticed was that a huge section of brick was missing on the upper front of the bldg., along with the canopy over the entrance. Had some issues checking in, as they did not show my pre-paid reservation with Booking.com. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Bath tub need cleaning.
