United StatesI couldn’t hook up my video game because the tv remote don’t give you the option to select a hdmi input port. The other thing I didn’t like was I had previously reserved a room but cancelled it but was still charged for the room because the night staff admitted to just hitting everybody cards when in the notes, it said cancellation. I had to reservations but paid twice. I’m fighting for that refund with them and my bank right now as we speak.
I liked the location. The staff that was there upon arrival was very friendly. Room was very good.

United StatesFor a Holiday Inn, I was surprised that there was peeling paint with flaked off places in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean, just looked rundown.
Breakfast was great. Your attendant did a great job, the food was cooked well, not dried out or over cooked. Outside was well kept, entrance had flowers and was attractive.

AustraliaWe were happy with our stay so not a dislike just more so feedback on communication. We did lose power over night and so breakfast was delayed on one of the mornings which an announcement of some sort would have been nice, so we weren't left wandering what was happening. This would not deter us from staying here again at all though.
We loved the location of this hotel, it is just off the Highway in a nice suburb and very easy to access. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good; the children were suitably impressed with the Cinnabon rolls! The room was clean, beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were nice. There is a service station, Dairy Queen and a few other food options on the same block and it was a quick drive to other restaurants like Starbucks, Coltons etc. We will stay here again!
