Breakfast was sub-par. No scrambled eggs and no bacon but was told by the cook that they were coming. I never saw them and waited for at least 20 minutes.

The desk clerk was amazing 👏 and even tried to move us from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor to accommodate my elderly parents. So friendly.

The smell of cigarette smoke is strong. Especially in our first room. The staff made it right which was appreciated. But that may not be the case every time.

The elevator was broken, and our room was on the third floor. We were traveling with our dog, so lots of trips up and down the stairs

The air conditioner in the room was so loud and erratic that it was difficult to sleep. It was very hot out, so we couldn't just tun it off. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

The indoor pool was comfortable and relaxing but the hottub and the pool were very chlorinated. We were only able to swim and relax for about 15 minutes before we had to go rinse off because the chlorine was stinging our eyes. I do not normally carry goggles to swim in an indoor or even outdoor pool so there was no way to avoid the high chlorine levels. There was no air circulation as this was an indoor pool. There was one large fan in the back corner by the gym but I doubt that would have helped the situation. As it was late in the evening I did not bother to say anything to the front desk.

The breakfast was great!! Great selection, great service. Room was very comfortable. Good sized room for 5 people. Location was great. Close to the freeway and stores around the area.

I booked a double queen but was given a king with a pullout couch. I also requested a ground floor due to a medical condition.

One of the “essentials” for my stay was a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub was closed because of a chemical issue and the pool had an underwater light that cam out of the fixture due to the waves that my grandkids made in the pool. It was screwdriver back in by the front desk employee by the guidance of the maintenance man but we chose not to enter the pool again. ☹️

The hotel was in a convenient location to I 25 and the soccer fields in Bernalillo and to the church we attended on Sunday. Our room had a beautiful view of the east mountains. Loved the breakfast choices. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful in meeting our needs of extra blankets, new room with electric outlet next to the bed that worked, and forgotten necessities like toothpaste and a comb.

Coffee is not the best. Water pressure is low in show and temperature never gets over luke-warm. Also rooms are getting a bit run-down with lots of paint chips in the walls. no one has swept under the bathroom sink and there was a big crack in the shower floor.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast food is always good. Bed was comfortable and clean!

One of the night shift staff was very rude. And you could really hear people upstairs walking around. Breakfast though alot of the food was out when we got there. Just that you have to request for room service.

What I like was the pool area it has a restroom close by. Also a hot tub and shower to rinse. The staff there most were very friendly and helpful. The night staff Everet was awesome he was very helpful. Room was good and clean also loved the DOVE pumps in the restroom so we didnt have to use our shower essentials

Please, please have the breakfast staff put the utensil.handles up!!! Not very sanitary with them in there with the eating side up where anyone may have touched them! The bathroom floor sis not appear to be very clean.
