Bathroom was worn with water-damaged walls/ceiling, loose/leaking plumbing fixtures, rust around the tub drain. Needs a refresh.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed whilst we were there. Coffee available in the reception area was at times not warm enough.

I didn't like the fact the sink is outside of the bathroom. There should be a small sink in the backroom to wash your hands.

Breakfast was good, coffee was hot and plentiful. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Check-in was excellent and so was check out. We had a pet and could easily walk outside the hotel with plenty of pet friendly areas. We would stay here again.

Iron mount was too close to the closet ceiling to get it out easily. I got it out but it looked like others had had trouble. Just a construction defect that showed not enough care was taken. A bit noisy before midnight.

I don't like the pet fee's I fell I pay enough for the room I shouldn't have to pay extra for a pet. Also it would be nice if there was a fenced in area for dogs to go potty and run around to get zooms out.

THE BREAKFAST AREA AND TABLES IS TOO SMALL FOR THIS LARGE HOTEL. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE TABLES TO BE FREE TO EAT OUR BREAKFAST. MORE LIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOT AND AROUND THE HOTEL. WE ARRIVING DURING THE NIGHT AND IT WAS HARD TO FIND THE HOTEL ENTRANCE SINCE ALL THE PARKING LOT AND AROUND THE HOTEL WAS SO DARK.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY CLOSED TO GLENDWOOD SPRINGS POOL. FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF. ROOMS WERE CLEAN. BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. NICE BREAKFAST. NICE TO HAVE A 24 HRS COFFEE AND TEA STATION ON THE LOBBY.

The room was too close to the lobby. It was often very noisy especially at 6:30am. Not exactly a good place for a room.

I had to push my door hard to close it, it wouldn't close on its own. Trying to figure out how work the remote with the TV was worse than college algebra 🤣. Price for hotel was a little high for my liking but it is a tourist area.

I was very dissatisfied with our recent stay at this location. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that maintenance and guest comfort are not priorities at this hotel. The bathroom sink in our room was completely backed up and wouldn’t drain, and the shower curtain was not water-tight, allowing water to run freely onto the floor. Judging by the visible water stains leaking out from under multiple room doors into the hallway, this seems to be a recurring issue throughout the building. Our breakfast experience was equally disappointing. We arrived at 9:30 AM, well before the posted 10:00 AM closing time, only to be turned away and told breakfast was over. When we pointed out the sign, the manager, Leonardo, dismissively told us it was outdated. No apology or alternative offered. While sitting in the lobby, we witnessed water start leaking from the ceiling, raining down on another guest trying to enjoy their morning. I actually have a video of this—it was shocking and honestly unsafe. I also attempted to use the laundry facilities, only to find one washer and one dryer. The washing machine was in terrible condition—literally falling apart, shaking violently, and clearly not fit for use. To top it all off, the pool was closed for maintenance, which wasn’t communicated to us in advance. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and poorly managed. It’s clear they’re more focused on collecting money than maintaining the property or ensuring a quality guest experience. I won’t be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

We didn't stay at the hotel, as during checkin at 1130PM front desk staff let us know that our reservation was canceled, because Booking conformed the reservation when no rooms were available. I would expect that if there is a problem with the reservation to let us know directly, so we will look for another hotel and save as a detour from our way/

Front desk kind attitude explaining us the reason why we can't stay. Letting us to use restrooms before we had to continue to look for another hotel. They let us drink coffee and didn't kick us out right away.
