Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesIt was very difficult to communicate with the front desk because the room phone was not working properly. Additionally, during checkout (6/4) the front desk person seemed to have an unfriendly attitude.
The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle driver to the airport on 6/4/25 was very pleasant and made us fell so comfortable with his friendly conversation during our trip. He was also so helpful with our luggage.

We were waiting for over 1.5 hrs to be picked up from the airport and we were given wrong instructions as to a waiting area several times from the same person! Finally another person from their front desk informed us that their waiting area was changed a year ago and that we should not be waiting for more than 20 minutes!
Very good breakfast. Bed was to high for short persons.
