Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The corridor smells very stuffy. Breakfast was good but every day they have the same thing over and over again. If they change it every day a little bit it would be nice.
We were very impressed with the service we got from Raj when we did check in and check outs. He helped us to check in a little earlier since we arrived earlier than we thought. He was so helpful and pleasant to give us some information we asked. There was also a lady at the reception who was very cheerful and greet us when we come and leave. That makes some one feels at home. Please keep up the good hospitality at your hotel.

on 4/22 at 1030pm there was no water pressure. I was taking a shower when this happened. This was not acceptable to my standards. No water pressure for 45 minutes. The rugs through out the hotel and our room needs more cleaning.

A bit noisy in the hallway in the morning before checkout time (talking, doors closing, vacuuming).
Close proximity to Eaglebank arena with lots of restaurants nearby. Clean. Good price point for the room. Easy check in and check out.

The drain in the sink ran slow; and the closeness of the tub and toilet was really tight.

Needs some updating and the front desk needs to control the amount of time people sit at tables during breakfast. A huge traveling group every day we were there would sit and take up all the seating for hours. Which made all other guests having to take their breakfast back to their rooms.

Breakfast.
Breakfast wasn't that great. Powdered eggs and sausages were not good. There were no gluten free options for bread or cereal, and there was only one choice for yogurt which was loaded with sugar. You should provide healthier choices.

The best is the staff are very friendly, kind and supported from their manager Shiam to all other front desk. Most important it's very clean and comfortable Hotel location is very convenient and near to GMU and the center of all.other services

The gym was not what I expected from a hotel gym, it’s incredibly small and did not have good machine options.
The property was very easy to get in and out of, our room was in a convenient spot by the back entrance. It was near a lot of good restaurants that were THE BEST. The breakfast and tea options were also very nice.

My card got charged about 5 hours before I checked in. Usually, hotels only charge when you check-in. Limited breakfast options. I asked for tooth brush and tooth paste and they only give me 2 while we were 4 (Staff said they run out of them). The next day, I asked for more, he only gave me one with little tooth paste packet.
The room is clean. Hot water is almost instantaneously available. Lots of free parking. Coffee and hot water(for tea) is available from morning till around 10pm.
