Additional staff to assist the one worker providing breakfast.

Breakfast was good but food was not replenished in a timely manner.

Good location Good amenities but I was told the fire table was broken and a lot of the staff didn't speak English and made it hard to get what you were asking for and their were some cleaning issues and asked for the housekeeping to stop by my room we got new towels but asked for one of the bed to be changed it didn't happen because the housekeeper didn't speak English so didn't understand what we were asking for her to do

The shower floor looked dirty. You had to get in the shower to turn it on. Getting your clothes wet trying to turn on shower. The carpet in the room had stains on it. Had to be moved from the first room because it smelled like someone had smoked in the room

My room was very fresh and clean; the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable; it was nice that you could obtain a cookie, piece of fruit or cup of coffee at any time and the staff was lovely. Great location as well.

Tried repeatedly to speak with the hotel manager and/or the assistant manager by phone within a few days of my stay. Wanted to commend the young woman at from desk. Couldn't leave a message first couple of tries. When I finally did, manager did not return my call.

Food was plentiful and reasonably tasty. Women managing breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Like most hotels, however, way too much plastic waste generated by breakfast. Young woman at front desk the evening that I arrived was pleasant and very helpful with sorting out a reservation complication.

The room had a mildewy smell. The Bathroom shower doors did not keep the water in the shower so the floor got soaked on the first shower. You could turn the shower head to face the wall, but then it was difficult to shower. The girl on duty gave us extra towels for the floor since they did not have another room for us.

Location was great, there is a restaurant within walking distance. The room was modern and clean. The young lady working the night we checked in went out of her way to make sure we were good.

None of the cardio equipment in the gym worked. When I brought up to staff I was told no one was there on Sundays to look at it.

The day we checked in there was a very friendly and kind front desk staff. Hotel was decent for a short stay.

Returning late at night, cost of snacks were outrageous. $8 for a bag of chips and a soda is a disgrace.

Hot water was not consistent in the shower. Room was spacious, well designed and decorated but bathroom had very limited counter, shelving and not enough hooks. Although it was clean, seems unsanitary for housekeeping yo have to put towels directly on top of the toilet. Breakfast was fine. Appreciate the updated appliances. Although staff tried, kitchen was still struggling with new pancake maker and the 2 new fancy coffee makers did not work, leaving plenty if grumpy customers without caffeine in the morning.

Great room rate for the quality. Room was clean and modern and bed was super comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is close to where we needed to be and area had good shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was standard. Bacon and sausage were perfect and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back when I'm the area!

On Sunday morning, there was some type of water leak in the breakfast area. Standing water 1/2" deep to walk through to get to breakfast. The shower also took a long time to get warm.

Would suggest adding outlets beside the beds and outlets near the room mirror. Otherwise everything was great!

The only negative thing I could honestly say is that you could not sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door, as both are to close to one another but I realized that is how it had to be, unless they made it a pocket door. Also, there are no darkening curtains but a blind that still left the morning light in.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, with king-size pillows for a king bed, which other hotels give you standard size ones, asked for extra pillows, and they were brought right up. I like that they had a Keurig (Maybe not the brand) coffee maker. Front desk girls were very polite and friendly. My husband and I did not eat any breakfast as we left to go for our first trip to Shady Maple Smorgasbord.
