United StatesTo get to the room from the parking lot, a wheelchair would have to go up the ramp and either through the lobby or on the outside sidewalk around the building to the room. There is no other ramp directly to the outside door from the parking lot.. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy.
This little hotel is located close to the highway and a number of restaurants, stores, and even an urgent care clinic. The town is small and easy to get around in. We were able to back right up to our accessible room to unload the car. There was a pool, laundry, and ice machine/vending area. The room was very well appointed and well kept. The accessible room was easy to move around in and the bathroom is roomy. The bathroom has an exhaust fan, which I like. There are two entrances to the room. One from the interior hall and one to the parking lot. The people were really on top of things, and very helpful - both in the hotel and answering questions about the area. The breakfast was better than most. In short, it was great.

United StatesThe pool area was almost unbearable to be in for any length of time because of the sound. It's one of the loudest pools I have been in. I didn't like that it didn't have a gym. The breakfast was decent but after 4 days of the same thing, it got pretty old.
location was great! Staff was all pretty friendly. Room was very clean. Liked all of the windows. Beds were really comfortable. It was unique for the room to have 3 beds which was great! Seemed to be quiet. Had a cute office space on the floor we were staying on.

United StatesWe tried using the tables to play games and we're asked to leave so they could fold towels and the lobby would be quiet. We are all seniors and did not make any trouble or access noise. We practically got a countdown to leave. geesh! This was a Family reunion/100th birthday celebration. 10 of us stayed there renting 5 rooms. Would have been nice to be together.

United StatesPut next to a smoking room. Whole floor should be nonsmoking. Instructions on booking websites for having pets in room should say that you have to contact hotel to let them know you are bringing a pet. It just says there may be an extra fee. We brought our dog in the night we stayed and the next morning we were told there was a twenty dollar fee for her and essentially that if we booked again and didn’t tell them we had a dog that when we arrived with a dog our room would be canceled. I understand some hotels have pet only rooms but others just charge a fee. Just state what you want your patrons to do if they have pets versus canceling the room when they arrive.

United StatesI requested an accessible room, which I got. Shower and bathroom were great. But the bed is too high for someone with mobility issues to get into easily. The ramps in the parking lot need to be re-paved, they were very rough and hard to navigate with my walker.

United StatesOdd bathroom with no outlet for a nightlight and a roaring fan when the light switch was turned on. Very hard for those of us who need to get up during the night. Breakfast was good but not laid out in a good order, so people were tripping on each other. Example: Syrup was by the waffle maker but the butter was way at the other end. You need to use butter before syrup, so if you weren’t there for multiple nights to learn the system it required lots of cross-over with other people. Sausages were gone but no one seemed to be interested in replenishing them. We were there around 7:30-8:00 am., not late. And no, we didn’t ask—just ate what was there and left. Really wanted more info about the covered bridges tour but there was none. Desk clerk tried to lead us to a website, which we appreciated.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

For the price on a Sunday, and having reserved more than 6 weeks in advance, you’d think we could have at least had a view of the parking lot and our car. Left early the next morning and didn’t try the breakfast. This an old outdated Best Western.
