Bed not as comfortable. Small room compared to others we stayed in on our trip. Weak shower flow that made it difficult to rinse my hair. Washcloths, hand towels, and bath mat were missing. But we're quickly given when asked for and received extra service the next day.

Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. They gave us the towels that were missing when we asked and then cleaned our room, left a full set of fresh towels plus extra the next day! Standard but good breakfast. Convenient location.

1. There was no room cleaning. I didn’t hang any tag outside of the door, but they didn’t do the room cleaning for 2 days! 2. Since the second day I stayed there, the hotel was under repairing operation, the main gate was closed. It was not convenient, but they remained the same rate as before, which is not friendly to the customers. 3. The service is averaged, there was no smile in their faces.

The location is OK, transportation is convenient.

The channel selection available on the TV in my room was very limited and I couldn't access Netflix or any other streaming service to provide more viewing options.

The room I was given was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well provisioned and it may sound strange, but the bath towels were some of the softest and fluffiest towels that I've come across in all my years of travelling and staying extended periods at hotels.

The gentleman working the front desk when we first arrived, was very kind and very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and did a great job. The breakfast was really good!

Breakfast wasn't very good and the rooms were just okay when it came to cleanliness. I just felt like the carpet was dirty. The breakfast area is small and closed in. It was very expensive for a mediocre stay.

The staff is wonderful, accommodating and kind. There is a nice backyard area for groups to hang out at night with grills. Free breakfast and coffee.

Check in was horrible they didn’t have my reservation set it took over a hour. The staff did try there best to solve the matter but for the hour of inconvenience and headache nothing was offered off or a free nights stay

There were 3 times when I had gone to the front desk and waited around for help. One of those times had been later in the evening so I understand that staff may have been short and busy. Otherwise, we had a bad smell coming from our bathroom but the bathroom looked clean and we didn't see anything that seemed to be the issue.

The room was comfortable, pool water is heated well, and we don't eat pork/red meat so it was nice to see plenty of options for breakfast

When you book a room there is no guarantee of availability. Absolute nightmare finding another hotel last minute after being turned away. No email or phone call. Zero communication from the hotel. Zero accountability on their part. They laid blame on booking.com. B.S.!!!! Total waste of time and effort. Thanks for nothin. You suck.

The pool was gross, couldn’t smell chlorine at all, there were globs of hair in it and smelled like pee. Also when you’re told about breakfast being from 7-9:30 and go to get breakfast there isn’t any that’s there. We were there for a wrestling tournament. A gal was bringing out more omelets and only put 4 in the tray. There was 3 of us. Also the beds were not comfy at all and we ended up being itchy after the first stay.

The pool was out of order and we booked it for the indoor pool. Kids ran through the halls and banged on our door. The laundry services and computer were out of order.

Elevator not working, 95 year old mother had to walk 2 flights of stairs. Rooms not close together as requested. Room keys worked 50% time. Rm phone did not work. A/C leaked water on floor.
