Breakfast was extra-which we paid for with our reservation. Food was low quality and almost cold. I’ve had better tasting and more selection for free from Choice hotels. Really bad Mother’s Day breakfast experience.

Construction debris in parking lot. Limited parking due to construction. Parking lot entrance blocked due to construction but no signage for alternate entrance. Was not informed of construction at time of booking.

The rooms are small and very much out of date. Uncomfortable sand bag like beds. The AC in my room didn’t work. The room was still very warm and that’s with the air conditioning being on all day on the lowest setting. The pool is also very dirty and un-kept.

Person in charged was not very pleasant.

It was great just the lady proving the breakfast seem that she was not having a good day. Is sad because it made us feel that we had to be careful with whatever we were grabbing since she didn’t see happy and just was looking at us.

Got there and the restaurant was closed. Guy at the front desk wasn’t pleasant. Printer didn’t work. Breakfast had very slim picking due to refrigeration problems. Options were bagels, English muffins, cereal, waffles. Yet non of that was stated online. I literally looked it online. 3 hours before we showed up. Hair in the shower when I showered in the morning. Was next to the maid supply room so constantly heard running water.

That room that was given to me at first smell like marijuana very bad. I went down to the desk and ask change and they gave me a different room. No problem. It was a chilli night, and a group of us wanted to sit outside by the fireplace, but the gentleman at the desk said that it was broke and hasn’t worked for a while.  The hot tub was nice as well, but only four people at a time can be in.

I like that the property was close to restaurants and shopping areas

The continental breakfast was substandard and on our last morning was unavailable. We were told the staff person who was responsible did not show up. No effort to offer an alternative was made. As this was included in the price of our stay, we were shocked no effort was made to offer a refund or credit.

The facilities listed included a market and bar inside the hotel - I was looking forward to winding down on an evening in the hotel without having to go elsewhere. There is a bar but it isn’t open. The market was very poorly stocked, with mostly empty shelves. The description on the website needs to be changed. Possibly short staffed. I had to ask for toilet paper, towels and trash bags. 5 hrs later housekeeping still had not been. When I told the Receptionist who came on later shift, he was very apologetic and brought the items. The restaurant was nice and complimentary breakfast was good with a reasonable variety so something for everyone. Surprised that paper plates and flimsy plastic forks etc were used - again maybe a staffing issue?

Very strange, bad, setup to turn on bathroom lights. Switch at entryway had to be turned on to activate the bathroom lights. Going to bathroom night was impossible not to turn on main lights on rest of people. Way overly complicated.
