We stayed here because we needed something for a good price that wasn't too far from Red Rocks. Plus, parking was free! What I've loved about all the Holiday Inns that I've stayed at is that there are big windows to let in a lot of natural light. We loved the pool and the pool area and I wish we had time to sit by the firepits. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!

The complementary breakfast in the restaurant and off the menu was less than satisfactory. I would’ve preferred even danishes, cereal or hard boiled eggs instead.

I really enjoyed the mini store to purchase snacks and water. Especially after coming in from a long day.

There was some type of construction or cleaning in the vents during my stay, There was some trash in the pool but it was cleaned up the next day, needs to touch up the paint and update the furniture.

Overall it was good hotel, proximity to shops with a Restaurant and bar on site

The only thing, if you are out on the front of the hotel then you are above the bar and grill that is attached to the hotel and you can hear the noise of the fans on the roof of the bar… not a big deal but maybe if you are a light sleeper

I liked the convenient location. We stayed for a night as we were attending a concert at the Red Rocks. The beds were comfortable. The shower could be updated as the shower head was spraying out of the shower.

No continental breakfast. The breakfast they mention in their add is a voucher to their restaurant that is billed to your room. I might as well go out and pay for breakfast somewhere else.

My room was by the ice machine, but didn't notice too much noise. The rooms need to be updated. However, the rooms were clean.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the highway. It's nice to have the option of eating in the restaurant down stairs. I did not eat there however.

I didn't enjoy the fire alarm at 2am the first night I was there; but realize that wasn't your fault. I didn't like how the phone has a flashing red light on it even if you don't have any messages so it flashes all night. I had to cover it up with a towel. The curtains didn't close all the way in the middle, so it let some of the outside street lights in at night.

The location is perfect for what I needed. This was an extremely comfortable and impressively clean experience. I loved the breakfast vouchers and the selection of items each day. And in the room, I loved the soap, lotion and shower products were all in individual squirt bottles so you always had plenty instead of the tiny bottles that are typical at most hotels. The lights around the mirror in the bathroom are an amazing addition for getting ready in the morning.

The staff in front office. Asked for close rooms before a week, but didnt do any effort, asked to recheck she was igorant. And she gave only two adult breakfast coupons, we were four with two kids, those coupon were not given, got to know kids needs coupon and in morning went to front desk to take it.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Jeremy went above and beyond and was very courteous. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the cleaning staff weren’t knocking on the door well before 11. Room was everything I wanted and more. The bed and blankets were very comfortable, which is a rarity for me. My dog was even welcomed with open arms. We saw various other 4 legged friends as well. DoorDash delivery was even quick and painless, brought it straight to my room door and dropped it off.
