The front desk was extremely helpful with check in and letting you know everything at the location. On the other hand EVERYONE ELSE constantly gave you sales pitches. Not sure if we could partake in the continental breakfast. There seemed to be some confusion for people staying at the vacation resort. One person told us to enjoy and that there was coffee in the lobby in the other building, but then there was a hand written sign saying it was for Holiday Inn Express guests only. It was confusing since these hotels share a parking lot and several other amenities. We didn’t want to get in trouble or be embarrassed by getting told we weren’t welcome, so we went out for breakfast, which was an added expense. Thankfully, there is a wonderful breakfast restaurant across the street.

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and pools. The location was great. Staff was friendly. There was plenty to do at the property. It’s on the trolley route. We really loved staying here. Def would go back, 10/10.

We loved everything … the location, the amazing room, the river outside … they have 3 pools and a pretty awesome indoor water park and arcade!!! The staff was so informative and friendly … we will Absolutely be back!!

Affordablilty not that it is super expensive for the amendities just in general that is the only thing I can say!

We came for an autism event and my children loved the water park! The room was clean and the resort was accomdating. Definitely will be back!

If i had to nit pick id say not having mattress covers on the beds (to prevent bed bug infestations) at a hotel is a little worrisom, but no bugs at all and it was very clean!

Bed was like a rock. The villa we were in shared one door that opened into two doors connecting us with our neighbors. The neighbors were very loud coming in and out and the rooms have doorbells so their kids couldn’t resist….at 11pm when they came in. The folks who give the room key and parking pass should really be instructed to accept no for an answer after the 5th time of trying to get people to take a tour to buy a timeshare. Checking in was great at first but made me uncomfortable by making me be rude and walk away while they were still pitching their tour.

Excellent place for the family. Splash area/ water slides were enjoyable for our grandson. Pools were very clean and very inviting as well as a great outdoor area.

Property is perfect for larger families (4 children). They really enjoyed getting to swim. Hotel would be great in the summer time as well as there was a nice outdoor pool too. Close to attractions in gatlinburg.

The ONLY complaint I really have is when checking in, I wasn’t too fond on getting bombarded about scheduling to meet about doing timeshare. It’s okay to be mentioned, or offered but did not feel like I wasn’t giving a choice in the beginning until I had to physically say I was not interested.

The elevators were extremely slow and had to wait 5 minutes or longer for one to come to our floor. It would then stop at every floor. Had I not had a broken leg I would’ve taken the steps from our floor up and down each time. Definitely need to fix those elevators before I stay there again

I did not know breakfast was served daily there, there was no indication at all. Never seen any vending machines. The lady that checked us in was fantastic. She exceeded my expectations of helping us get everything we needed for our stay and location of our room.
