Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesRight next to the sphere. Super short walk if you are visit vegas for the Sphere. This was pretty much a nice comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Will definitely stay here again once I come back to vegas!

South KoreaNo housekeeping unless you're staying for a minimum of 7 nights, the timeshare sales pitch during check-in was intrusive and annoying although the staff was very friendly. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. My room was close to one of the pools but far from the main entrance so it was a bit of a walk. Pool was tiny and not very clean. I was in a ground floor unit but you can hear the creaking as people upstairs are walking about - it was so loud and annoying!
The room was spacious although it looked a little dated, and it was clean and comfortable for the most part. Especially loved the fully-equipped kitchen. I was in Las Vegas to catch a concert at the Sphere and the resort was perfectly close to the venue, just a 10-minute walk.

MexicoWell it’s a long story , I was traveling by myself , and the day i arrived someone’s was knocking on my door, and when i asked and I watched through the mirror on the door and was a man with a hat and when I asked who is this ? He would never reply , and he continues knocking , and I told him , I will call security and he left. Then I called the front desk and long story short I demand a room exchange but I got really upset and the only thing they told me was , that was a cleaning man and I only received was an apology. But i don’t know what happened.
The staff were awesome , and make me feel safe.

United StatesThe room was super hot and the A/C had really bad circulation. The cable didn’t really have many channels for my son to choose from. We brought him his own tablet to keep him occupied. The maintenance guy came but he took an awhile to respond. He did some adjustments but the A/C didn’t work still it wouldn’t circulate to the room unless you are standing in front of it.
I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I also loved how spacious the rooms are. The bed was super comfortable and relaxing. The shower was amazing and so spacious. The room was clean and quiet.

NetherlandsThe breakfast was a bit unusual: a $50 credit per day per room. You can't manage that with a family (at least double that).
The room was spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped and modern. The bedrooms were certainly fine, though the bathroom was a bit small. But net, for that location with a family: better than a hotel on the Strip!

AustraliaWas advertised as breakfast included, however this was not really the case, we were given $30 resort credit for each day total of $180 for our stay, to use however we wanted weather it be for breakfast, snacks, or drinks, the problem was that breakfast would have cost a lot more then $30 for 5 people for 1 day, we did have breakfast as a treat an it cost $86, so breakfast included, I think not.
Having access to 5 different pools was fantastic the kids had lots of choice’s. The activity room was also fantastic, and a good escape from the heat. Having a kitchen was the best meant we didn’t have to go out all the time.

United StatesWe asked for a few things to be brought to the room like extra blankets and they were never sent. No other issues though.
The rooms were big enough for 3 people to spread out. The king bed was very comfortable. The section we stayed in was super quiet. It was within walking distance to the Sphere and the Linq. There were multiple pools so none of the pools were ever to busy or crowded. It was nice to have a convenient market on site. Would definitely stay here again

AustraliaThe check in process was definitely not ideal. It was 4th if July which of course is extremely busy however the person checking me in decided to take 2 phone calls whilst serving me and then when they finally came back sent me to another desk to try sell me something. I was not at all happy with any part of this process and thankfully the room did not match this poor service. It would certainly question whether I stay there again based off the reception area. The whole process took over 30mins whilst my family waited in the car.
Large 2 bedroom apartments, close to pool, good parking on-site, washing machine, great beds, lots of space to relax, large kitchen area.

United StatesWe landed in Las Vegas early in the morning. We knew checking in that our room would not be ready however we were informed that they would "fast track" and "prioritize" cleaning our room so we could get in early. This DID NOT happen. We were not able to get into our room until 4pm. If they had just been honest with us that the room would most likely not be ready until 4pm then we could have tempered our expectations. Also, while I appreciated that we were removed from the Strip, but it is definitely a walk to get anywhere.
The apartment style room was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

United StatesThe sound levels. We could hear anyone talking outside our window when coming and going through the night. Also it was rough having a bottom level apartment as the Poole above of us walked around all night long and we could hear them. I’m the kitchen there were the bare minimum essentials but it worked. Time share lady was very bubbly and nice in the beginning. Then we told her no and her attitude changed quite a bit. Lastly, you’re right next to the sphere and it lit up the building when on a certain side of the hotel. If our curtains were not closed just right, it was bright.
It was within a walking distance to the high roller and the start of the strip. It had a couple nice pools. I like that there was an on site market, small coffee area and restaurant.

United StatesHad to hear a short no pressure sales pitch to hear about time share opportunities.
I chose this property due to its proximity to the Sphere since I was attending a show. It is literally the closest hotel to that venue. The Venetian is attached to the Sphere but there likely is a mile long walk through the place to finally arrive at your seat in the Sphere. I enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort. The unit was nicely appointed, bed was comfortable, TV worked great, and the air conditioning rocked. Believe it or not, the best part of my stay was eating at the Gold Mine Bar & Grill. The food was great, portions were generous, staff was attentive, and everything was priced like “back home” and not like what you would find over on The Strip. I would certainly return to the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort in the future.
