United StatesHotel was more run down than I expected. Basic repairs like caulking were bad. Shower made noises that sounded like a fire alarm. Room was cold despite having the heat up. Youth hockey game in the hallway all afternoon and most of the evening. Having to run a parking pass back to the car in cold temps was odd. Glad my wife wasn't with me... we'd have been hunting for a different place.
Being less than a mile from the airport and having a gas station next door were very convenient.

United StatesIt was ridiculously overpriced for our stay. There were no power outlets to be seen for charging, they had wireless chargers and usb on the lamps which were very slow.
The room was clean, staff was friendly and professional. Restaurant was good.

United StatesNeed to add sheer curtains. I was unable to enjoy the natural daylight while getting dressed. There is absolutely zero privacy with the black out shade open. Had to keep the shade closed and lights on until completely dressed. Sheer curtains allow for privacy while letting natural light in. Because of this the hotel may not be my first choice during my next visit.
Room was clean, quiet with nice view of courtyard. Staff was courteous and accessible.

It is SO close to the long term parking at the Buffalo Airport. That was very convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The fridge in the room was nice and big, and the room had a Keurig with stuff to make tea and coffee.

Location was excellent for access to the airport. Good to have the sports bar attached to the hotel. Receptionist was pleasant to talk with. Parking was convenient.

United StatesThe price this weekend was high compared to my previous day. On checkout day I was able to peek into a couple of the other rooms nearby and did notice that they were furnished differently. We did have a pull out sofa, which we did not have last stay, but I did notice that other rooms did have a coffee table which we were lacking.
It is very clean, and some of the rooms are updated which this time we were fortunate to have. The attached 365 restaurant is an added bonus and the location is central to getting to most areas of Buffalo.
