Pretty much everything. Our stay was relaxing, leisurely and had a beautiful view. The pool was a great addition to our time there. The location was close to the highway but up on a hill and nestled in a beautifully landscaped area.

The website stated there would be a free continental breakfast with the room. Their breakfast was for purchase only. Disappointed about that.

Very dog friendly, loved the walking paths for the dog. Great location for our overnight stay. Close to the xway but far enough from it to not feel like an xway hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. Perfect location because it is near to everything. Near to Biltmore, near to downtown, near to Blue Ridge Pkwy. Given that I am OCD, this hotel has passed my standard of cleanliness.

I did not eat the breakfast because we are in hurry to explore biltmore.

wifi didn’t work in am- or at least couldn’t connect to internet. Restaurant was closed and was big madd aware of that when booked.

Location was great. The bed was comfortable, which is the most important thing about staying in a hotel!!! Staff friendly. Amazed at the facilities considering there recent hurricane Helene. Thank you. The parking lot was FULL of big work trucks, which warmed my heart. The people of WNC are STILL in great need - knowing the people helping were sleeping close to me felt comforting and reassuring.

Check the water please. When I brushed my teeth, the water tasted nasty. I’m wondering it it is due to hurricane Helene and the contamination from mud and debris.

The exceptional service in incredibly difficult circumstances due to Hurricane Helene. No power, no electricity or water but the staff kept smiling and doing what they could to help. There was a huge amount of anxiety with severe flooding and local evacuations but to their credit they kept calm and kept going. Amazing.

Maybe they were short staffed for the breakfast place but the server seemed a bit overwhelmed/annoyed with the customers. Again, the food was good and our kids ate free with both adults eating.

The breakfast was very good! The service could have been a little better but overall this was a wonderful place to stay!!

Mountain view outside the room window was beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location and very accessible for the places we wanted to visit during our trip. I didn't use the facilities like the gym or pool, but everything looked great. I'd love to stay again next time I'm in Asheville.

Bartender very nice but not attentive. Often left the bar area for 10-15 minutes at a time & several times customers at bar waited for quite some time for refills due to her absence. Some people left.

Bartender did poor job. We spent the night on Monday night & a second night the following Friday. Same Bartender both nights. Not attentive at all. Numerous times left the bar with several people at the bar & would be gone 10-15 minutes. When she would return most of the customers had been sitting with empty drinks for several minutes. Nice girl but needs to be more attentive to her customers.

It’s definitely an older property but very clean and very well kept. The pool area is very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable the location of this property for the Biltmore Home / lake lure/ and scenic routes along the parkway was the perfect location.
