The only thing that I didn’t like is staff. 1. They changed me extra money for fees and taxes on the property and the weirdest part on the checkout. I claimed that I fully payed for my stay via booking.com I showed that fees and taxes were included on top of the room price. But they charged me still And were laughing at my accent when I tried to negotiate this issue to me . It was my worst staff experience in my life. I felt scammed and humiliated I want my money back!!! If you wanna good stay and treated nice without paying fees and taxes TWICE

The property is good , standard 3 star hotel. Feels a bit like a low income housing turned into hotel rooms though. The rooms are dumb. You can feel humidity in there probably due to AC. Breakfast was good also.

We opted for one of the 'Best' rooms. It was lovely, but it needed a couple of improvements... The room was pretty dark - even with every light on. It seemed like the bulbs or the lamps were low voltage - too low for the space. I would have loved brighter ceiling, floor and table lamps. It really was dark - especially since we were on the first floor where people walked by and we felt we couldn't keep the blinds open. Also, we never used the outdoor shower. I thought we would, but the outdoor shower space just wasn't that appealing. There were chairs out there, but the pads were a little dirty and there was *no* view of anything nice. If they faced the mountains, we might have gone out. Also, the AC heatpump was right near the chairs and it was loud. So, all in all, it wasn't a very pleasant place to sit. Luckily, there were *always* plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and our room was a few feet from it, so it really was ok. It's just if I knew this ahead of time, I would have chosen a room upstairs where we could have looked out at the mountains and kept our blinds open during the day.

The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, kind. When we left, after we got to the airport, I realized I left my favorite jacket at the hotel. I called them and the woman at the front desk DROVE TO THE AIRPORT and met my husband at the curb with it. I was so appreciative! I am very embarrassed that I don't remember her name - my husband thinks it was Andy and I heard Sandy - but she was so kind to do that. They were amazing. The pool area was calm, peaceful and really lovely. They had misters going when it got hot. The pool and hot tub temps were perfect.

Everything was perfect! From the minute we walked into the reception area and were greeted by a friendly staff member, to the beautiful blue and white decor throughout, to the delicious food and cocktails, lovely pool, bikes, lounge areas with fireplaces and all within walking distance to all of the shops.

We loved the location, and it was such a cute and fun little hotel. We rented the bikes to go hiking in the morning, which was such a fun thing to do. The decor, vibe, staff, everything… was so great!

Two words on potential improvement. We ran into lots of problems in having our cards be accepted at check in . We had to try multiple cards a number of times before one of the payment went through. With the card that was approved, I made clear we did not want to use that form of payment at check out and I was told it would not be. Yet, the night before check out that card was charged in the middle of the night for an amount of money that did not even match what we had to actually pay. This eventually lead to some confusion (on our side anyways) as to what was billed, in which card and why... it would just be better to wait until the guests do come to do check out to sort out any pending billing and avoid this confusion. No harm was done but what if a certain credit that is needed on a certain card is blocked and made unavailable for a number of days to the guests with no need for it, it can just cause some inconveniences. Lastly, I know rules in the US can be different with respect to other parts of the world but NO SHOES and only flip-flops should be allowed in the communal swimming pool area. It is just common sense on hygienic.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. Such a good taste in the decoration of both the communal spaces as well as the rooms. I loved every detail. The swimming pool space was also very nice. Well done!

The hotel was great. Not happy with the information from you! Had to pay extra for breakfast and WiFi which you claimed were included. Booking.com need to ensure the information supplied is accurate.

The breakfast deserves an upgrade , having an espresso machine to make something else than drip coffee Having few addition as well ( scrambled eggs for ex) The staff at the reception also needs to be a bit friendlier

The pool was dirty. They really need to clean it daily. We saw the same dead bugs floating around all weekend. Not cool for such a great property. My wife wouldn't even go in. Let's face it, the pool is the most important thing in Palm Springs.

This a great hotel in Palm Springs. It's become my go to spot. Great Value. Clean big rooms. Lots of amenities and attention to little details Free breakfast is a bonus. EV chargers in front. Relaxed vibe.

This hotel was incredible. Everything about it was fabulous, the rooms, the staff, the food, the drinks, the pool - just everything. It was very close to the main street that had many shops and restaurants. We were able to park for free at the hotel. The rooms were huge, beautifully appointed with every amenity and very clean. The pool area was amazing, loads of sunbeds and chairs and tables, plenty of towels available and sun cream ! Staff would come out and ask if you wanted drinks/food. There was an ice cream truck with an honesty policy. The complimentary breakfast was so good, varied amount of food and replenished regularly. I just cannot praise this hotel enough.

Had to leave..... There was nothing I/we didn't like about the place.

Stopped here for three nights during a driving trip starting and ending in Las Vegas, This was selected as being a 'nice' place to spend my 60th birthday and it was exceptional, exceeded expectations and was (all of us) favourite stop of our trip. The place exudes a cool and calm vibe. Great hosting and staff throughout, service great, continental breakfast just right, location great, facilities/garden/pool great. Our room (Room 19, titled 'The Big Room') was exceptional, impeccably decorated with quality throughout. I had a vision of this place based on watching 'cool 60 and 70's TV and Films' and it lived up to that for me. Up there with 'The Best' for me at whatever price point, I enjoyed it all that much.
