This is an old golf resort which has more recently become an rv park with golfing. The hotel is dated and we were the only people in a hotel room. There was old furniture stored in what used to be a hotel lobby and the bedding was as old as the last remodel which seemed to have happened in the 80’s. There is no place to eat nearby. The one person staff had many jobs but was nice. It was an odd place but okay for the money.

This property was reasonably priced and easy to find right off the interstate. Very quiet

Had to drive 10 minutes to nearest restaurant. Woke up to find gnats / small insect on the blanket and cockroach like bugs on the floor.

Great value and not too far from Vegas airport. Staff / Management very kind and welcoming.

The first room I was assigned, the TV didn't work ( all channels were snowy and there was no volume ) After several minutes of them trying to fix the problem, they moved me to another room. The next morning, after returning from coffee, my key wouldn't open the door. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone from maintenance showed up and couldn't get my key or his master key to open the door. After another 5 minutes, he was finally able to open the door. I left my door unlocked for the next 2 days just to be sure it didn't happen again.

Several things went wrong buy they were more than happy to fix them. Golf Course was in great shape and they comped my round for all the inconveniences I had experienced.

The property is very dated and run down. The room had a lingering sewage smell. If you’re over 6 ft tall, expect for your feet to hang off the bed. Breakfast was decent. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Housekeeping was marginal. The floor in front of the toilet had not been moped from the previous tenant. There were bits of paper on the carpet and even a leftover pair of socks under the bed. There was no desk attendant for a 9 PM arrival and again for a 6:30 checkout. However they did provide a method for getting the key in a lockbox.

The room was large and decorated very well. The room was quiet. While there was no breakfast, the room price was good.

We were on a motorcycle trip and finished riding 420 miles in one day. There was a huge delay on I-15 and we were exhausted when we arrived. There was no place to eat in or around the lodge. We had energy bars for dinner. We left at 6:30 AM and the office does not open till 8 am. Next time we ride our motos towards CA we will probably stay in Mesquite.

Worked with staff 3X to get wifi to work - staff was never able to get it to work. Useable wifi is a standard expectation for travellers. TV was from last century’ - a tube tv. Room was large but had no luggage holder - a simple piece of standard Hotel furniture. Soak and shampoo were substandard

Outdated,dirty,and over priced Fridge stinks in room 2 but other wise it's clean.Room 9 is filthy.Hallway smells like chemicals and it's just very old and overall this lodge needs a complete remodel.No pool Don't waste your money the Virgin River is cheaper and nicer
