I wish the hotel offered a free breakfast. Breakfast is available for $15, and, to be fair, I opted to go out to a lovely coffee and pastry shop just down the road on the other side of the street. But I always like to have breakfast in the hotel when traveling so I can easily go back to my room to brush my teeth and get ready for the day. If the hotel were to include a free breakfast, I suppose they'd have to raise their rates.

The included breakfast was NOT through their lovely restaurant, but through a Starbucks franchise on site. There was NOT much of a selection, and we were stuck with the typical uber bitter Starbuck coffee selection. Additionally, during check in the staff was unaware that breakfast was included. I'm now sure if this is Booking dot Com's failure to inform the hotel.

they're restaurant / bar was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and service were excellent. The hotel and huge open ballroom were empty. so made for a quiet stay. Quick walk to METRO Station (for those wanting to head into DC)

It’s hard for me to say, didn’t like because they’re going under renovation or upgrading for my future benefit over the benefit of guests, however I had to deal with the frustration of no microwave in the room the cable TV and remote wire, complete and or synced together, but other than that they were minuscule like big deals when I need them

I love it location. The comfortability the cleanliness, the staff there, courteousness, and promptness, with which to deal with whatever issues that I had.

My only complaint is that there was construction being done directly above my room at the time of my stay and it was noisy. The staff did find a solution for these issues.

The hotel is not very modern, but the standard was fine. We were a little unlucky the first night and day, as there was a heavy rainstorm. We didn't have hot water in the shower and couldn't get the TV to work, but this was resolved the next day.

The hotel was large and quiet, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. The location was very convenient, right by the metro station and close to many nice shops and restaurants. My breakfast was included in the room rate, and there was a good choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and pastries, but also eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.

Spacious rooms (though a bit weird with two entrance doors and a door in between two adjacent rooms), very comfortable bed. Breakfast arrangement was a bit weird too - first day we had to wait for 40 mins in line at the lobby cafeteria to get coffre and muffins. The second day it was a proper buffet at the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast is included but it is at the Starbucks by the lobby. Selection is very limited (only 1 pastry item and 1 coffee). Only one person tending the shop causing long waits.

Noise between rooms was not good. Thin walls, and no option to have the in room ac/heat fan running full time, so it was loud to hear adjoining rooms talking. Breakfast was good, but average. Could be so much better.

our room was at the internal section of building without windows to sun side, It wasn't mentioned when I was booking, that was the reason we didn't extend our booking within hotel.

Breakfast was at a Starbucks within the hotel. Only one day randomly it was at the hotel restaurant. Big difference between the two in quality and choice of items. Basic thing like drinking water bottles in the room were only placed on the first day when we checked in. Not replaced then onwards. On checking with the reception, we were asked to buy. The rooms didn't have any outdoor view and felt dated.p

Very close to Metro station and quite a few food options within walking distance.

We reserved two rooms. One of the rooms my family informed me that it had a weed smell. We contacted the lobby. We were told that they had no rooms available. So my family had to stay in that room with that smell. My room was fine. No issues.

The hotel was fine in a good location. The staff was great and helpful.

They did not serve breakfast during my stay (the restaurant was closed), even though I paid for it. They arranged with the Starbucks located in the hotel for me to receive free breakfast, but the choices were very limited. I just wished they informed me beforehand. Had some issues with hot water. There was a wedding on the Saturday and an exhibition on the Sunday, this made for a very busy and a noisy weekend as the 'venue' was just outside of the rooms.

The location is very good, situated next to the metro. Staff is friendly. Good value for money. The room was very clean. Nice facilities! Will stay here again!

THERE WAS A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE GARAGE LEVEL AND ALSO SOMETHING ON MY FLOOR (ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T SEE IT, I HEARD IT IN THE MORNING IN MY ROOM - WHICH DISRUPTED MY SLEEP). I WILL SAY THAT THE HOTEL MADE CONSTRUCTION AREAS QUITE CLEAN THOUGH - REALLY APPRECIATED.

THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ELEVATORS AND PARKING CONVENIENT. MY RATE INCLUDED BREAKFAST - BUT THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED... HOWEVER THE HOTEL GAVE US CREDIT AT STARBUCKS (IN THE HOTEL) TO GET COFFEE PLUS YOGURT/MUFFIN/EGG SANDWICH.

Room was curious, window to central interior space - no natural light . The window looked out first to internal corridor, no privacy, required to keep curtain drawn at all times. Two doors to different corridors.
