The carpet in the hallways was nasty, I’m assuming people taking the trash down to the trash shoot and you can tell from the dripping from the garbage bags. The pool deck could have been a little cleaner, other resorts I have stay at the pool decks were clean daily sweep, litter picked up. The bed mattress was unbearable hard like sleeping on concrete. The Mattress on the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. We put a couple of comforters and didn’t help. My daughter has aches and pains due to the mattress from uncomfortableness.

On the beach, The staff were great from the front desk, to the pool attendant. The pool attendant was great, he was helpfully to make sure everything was good or if needed anything and help with the beach chairs and the umbrella, He gave exceptional customer service and was great.

The Checkout time was too early. (10:00) We felt rushed to get out in the morning. The housekeepers were waiting for us to leave. I thought that was strange since our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:00.

We loved the room! It was big and beautiful and clean. The pools were shallow but fun. Especially for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the balconies were very nice. We also loved the Kitchen!

None of the facilities were available, i.e. the pool, bbq area and the wifi didn't work. We still got charged the resort fees though when the only thing we were able to use was the carpark.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. It was especially handy to have a washing machine and dryer available in the room.

The pool deck and ramp to the beach were closed due to hurricane damage. The pool is not heated, so unable to use it anyway, but sitting on the pool deck was missed.

No hooks in bathroom to hang things on, "sharp" knives could use a serious update, couch wasn't very comfy, pool and beach access closed.

The water pressure was crazy hard, it hurt when taking a shower. There was no beach access from our room in North Tower, you had to access beach through the other building. Outside patio/pool was closed due to hurricane damage...we were not told that until days later after room was booked! Beware of timeshare scheme! Not once was the term 'timeshare brought up'...once signed up to attend the 2 hr presentation, a 50.00 hold charge was placed on my card.

The unit was small, particularly at a price of $250 per night. The property is quite old and dated. There is still hurricane damage from 2023.

Pool facilities not open from hurricane still. Hilton rep at desk for timeshare said Uh-Oh when my wife walked up to me at the desk insinuating she was going to be a problem while he was talking to be about listening to a timeshare spiel the following day after check in.

The bed was a little too firm.

As you check in the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. Our room was a suit facing the street/ parking lot with a. Balcony. We didn’t mind due to just being their one day. The room was up to date, spacious with a whole kitchen to cook. The bathroom was big with extra towels and good quality bathroom essentials. It was a great stay. I will be staying there again when I visit my daughter.

I didn’t understand when I was supposed to take out the garbage. I didn’t understand how the coffeemaker works. Maybe some instructions would be helpful.

No ice machine within building. Building should have more than one elevator. The pool was clearly aimed toward little children....it was not adult friendly.

The information said rooms have balcony with ocean view. THAT is why I chose this place. When I checked in they said they were “upgrading me” but it was first floor with no balcony or ocean view. I received a text the day before asking if there were any special requests and all I said was give me balcony and drip coffee maker and I’m good. The “text” did nothing for me. I was able to get another room but it was about the worst location second floor room closest to street away from ocean. My purpose for my trip was to read and write and sit on balcony and to rest. That was disappointing that they switched my room. It would have been great if I had higher floor and closer to ocean.

It was disappointing that the pool wasn’t heated. We were so excited about the pool, but the water was too cold to use it.

The staff make this place special, from my first text from Adrienna to our daily chats on the beach with Matt, the service was amazing. The facility was modern, the rooms had everyth8ng we needed.
