The only thing I didn’t like was, every time you come and go during the day there’s a concierge that is continuously trying to sell you on going to a timeshare or signing up for a timeshare even if you make it painfully obvious that you’re not interested so it was very annoying having to pass by him all the time and he would regularly ask if we were interested. I don’t like having someone being so pushy. At one point, he even tried to get my son’s to sign up and they’re minors, granted they look like adults but still it was just so annoying.

The location was fabulous close to everything but not so close that you had to deal with traffic. Our room was very clean and updated and I absolutely love the valet parking.

None of the shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles were filled. No tissues. I asked the desk to have them filled. They did fill the bottles, but no tissues. Why not?

The pool, jacuzzi, game room were all top notch. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The valet staff was fast and on top of it!

Just a couple of cons… Pillows were a little too thick, would have liked some softer pillows. Water pressure is challenging. Probably because it’s on the side of a mountain and it’s hard to get the water there.

Awesome location, love the free parking, great value for what we got, everyone was very kind,helpful and friendly, very clean and updated rooms, spacious, super relaxed, feeling. pretty much a perfect stay, we would love to go back!

I wish hotels had Japanese style bidet toilet seats. I didn't like that the name of this hotel is so similar to the Hilton by the lake that I booked this one by mistake,

I liked the condition of the room, the amount of pillows, the separate toilet.

No complementary breakfast. No food except frozen to microwave in your room. That was terrible and expensive. Coffee bar was also expensive.

The bed was pretty comfortable but needed a better selection of pillows.

The room was very clean, and loved having a separate sitting room with couch and TV. Very helpful to have a kitchen area. Every time we needed something they were efficient and helpful. The location was right close to town and Lake.

Nothing to complain about, but noticed there weren't as many TV channels as there usually are at a hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free valet was included and the car was always retrieved super quickly. The room was really nice , the bed was comfortable & I liked how environmentally friendly the bathroom amenities were. I really liked the location -- being off the main drag was quiet and peaceful and it was a short drive to get everywhere. Not really super close walking distance to the action, but we didn't need/want that. Also, a very good deal!

The property was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. The room was incredible and we loved the design. Having separate rooms was great and loved the kitchen area. Perfect for 2 people.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms with great bed. Valet parking and Spa (steam-room and sauna) are also included in the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Plastic cutlery in room and restaurant on site but it’s very small details …

Very very short walk to Heavenly ski resort and lift (literally 2 min walk !), snow gear valet and parking valet, sauna, hammam, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, pool table and confortable room.

No place to eat or have breakfast except in your room. They gave you really nice plastic plates but you can’t put them in the microwave
