I'm glad the hotel room had a fridge, microwave and sink but it would have been nice to have food on the premise. Even just a small "convenience" section with chips, drinks, or coffee.

Great location! Walking distance to everything we needed! Partial Ocean View was still a great ocean view. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The kids were happy to have multiple pools to choose from or run between!

Upon arrival, the hotel had lost connection to the internet, thus causing a rather chaotic check in experience. I didn’t like having to park in a parking garage a block away—It was a minor inconvenience, not a huge deal.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean towels were provided downstairs, nears the indoor swimming pool—that was super convenient. The outside bar and music made going to the pool a lot more enjoyable.

We requested a lower floor due to my mom being afraid of heights and elevators. We were placed on the 16th floor and the to the 13th. It was very uncomfortable walking 13 flights of steps. Also only 1 elevator worked for the rest of the guest.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pools were great for the children.

The parking area for check-in and checkout is inadequate for the traffic causing unnecessary congestion and in some cases frustration due to being hemmed in by other vehicles. I can’t imagine how it would work during peak season.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is well maintained and designed. Our suite was spacious and comfortable.

I couldn’t access the balcony due to some painting being done. Wish I had know prior to booking. That was a main perk of the stay was to enjoy my oceanfront room with views from the balcony. Also, the power outage that occurred during my stay. Internet was out while I was trying to relax and do some homework in the quiet atmosphere. Then me along with 7 other got stuck in the elevator of parking deck.

I always stay here when I visit Virginia Beach. I love the hotel, the amenities and the staff.

I requested another mattress cover due to the one on the bed having small black things on it. They delivered new sheets along with the mattress cover but didn't offer to redo the bed. They could have at least offered to remake it.The fire alarm started beeping around 1am battery must be low and the iron cord was fraid (law suite) for someone.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and took care of my concerns quickly.

Shower door didn’t seem to fit the shower. So water went all over the floor. Other than that everything was great.

The only issue that I had was that the bedroom door had an screw a little bit out and I wasn’t able to close it completely and some minors details like one of the dinning chairs was stain and there also were some paint that apparently was coming off the wall.

The kitchen was very well equipped and clean, I love the texting option to get towels or whatever you need everything was so amazing I did love it

Our wouldn't flush well. We didn't tell anyone until we were checking out. The staff was great, so I'm sure it would have been fixed. We just weren't there long.

4th floor smelt like garbage until we got into our room. The 21 and up pool was the only pool with a hot tub. Since we had our 4 year old son with us we were not allowed to take advantage of the hot tub. ( which we both really needed)
