My son wanted to play on the playground but it didn't have any shade. The equipment was too hot to utilize but it's not anyone's fault or problem. We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather.

My children and I loved that the staff was available and helpful from the start. The location was centrally located to the fun in the area but away from all of the hoopla of the tourists.

I’m surprised there is no restaurants or breakfast bars onsite.

The property was in great condition I had a great time, the golf course is one of my favorites and I enjoy playing here once a year.

Concierge service was very pushy even after politely telling them I was not interested in tickets or info to local attractions. Had to finally just walk away when they wouldn’t take no for an answer.

Though it's a hotel, we had a feeling of cottages. We had a toddler and we were warned for a complaint from our neighbors for toddlers noise post 11 pm on very first day. It was difficult to ask toddler to lower the voice. We were constantly in fear of getting kicked out as it was difficult to control toddler

The first time we stayed there in Nov 2024 my mother in law booked it for us we had a king room. This time I booked it & got us a queen room, the bed was absolutely horrible.. We went & bought a mattress topper & that didn’t even work.

The staff is absolutely amazing, super sweet & they even gave us notes since it was our anniversary! We’ve stayed there twice & loved it!

I could hear The people in the room next to me. I also heard people outside who were very loud around 11 o’clock at night, but then they finally quieted down.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. My girlfriend and I found it to be very firm. Other than that, the entire stay was great!

Furniture a bit old-fashioned but comfortable. To get into the central areas of the smokies you have to pass through Gatlinburg, which is a bit of slow drive.

Nicely located resort with a golf course around it, which is also nice for a stroll in the evening. Rooms are spacious and well equipped for self-catering.

There’s nothing that I can think of that we didn’t like.

Very well taken care of. My husband played golf and really enjoyed the course. We spent time in the pool in the spa and everything was clean and well-maintained. We loved our room and the private closed in balcony to eat breakfast in the mornings and just enjoy our view.

The management had deducted payment twice - once in advance and later at the property. The response to resolve the issue wasnt satisfactory . The property is far from Gatlinburg , it takes long time to cut across city to go other side .

The room is very nice and spacious . The kitchen was well equipped . The property was very nice and clean. Its away from main city with a lot of quiteness and good nature around. Overall it is an excellent property for a stay

There wasn’t anything we did not like about the property. The only negative I could possibly come up with property related, would be the indoor pool was very cold. The $200 damage deposit was unexpected, and I rented 3 rooms, so an unexpected $600 is still tied up on my credit card, and we are already back home.

Beautiful property , immaculate landscaping, pool was perfectly clean, room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.
