The sliding glass door to the patio didn’t completely close. It had a very small crack in the door. It was difficult to open so it probably is rusted. Didn’t make a big impact but it was just something I noticed.

Very convenient location, the beautiful pools, pool bar, restaurant, and Starbucks. Room was comfortable.

The pool area was overcrowded. The pool closes early and then there is no area to sit outside for evening/sunset.

It’s right on the beach. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.

Rooms need updated. Beds, at least in our room, needed new mattresses. Bathrooms need a complete overhaul. The shower is in the middle of the jacuzzi tub. You have to step over the deep edge of the jacuzzi and stand in the middle of it to shower. Water pressure was not great. Toilet was new and worked well. Carpet in Bedroom and living room area which really isn’t practical for a beach location and made it feel more outdated. Size of the rooms were great and kitchen area had a full refrigerator, stove and microwave.

Location was great. Nice size ocean front balcony with table and chairs. Pool area was in good shape and very nice. Staff throughout the hotel were fabulous! Food in restaurant was surprising very good.

Now charging a daily parking fee and the mattress was below average. Because of these two problems, I will likely not stay here again.

Someone poured soap into the pool but that's not on the staff. Other thing would be it'd be helpful to know beforehand that they have staff load and unload luggage/car.

No carts (unless using service) to get belongings to the room. Did not ask if we had two cars or just 1, therefore I had to ask multiple times to remove additional charges.

The only thing I didn't care for was the rain shower head... if you're not wanting to get your hair wet, then it makes for an uneasy shower.

The suite: The full kitchen and living room, whirlpool tub, ocean view, bed was too comfortable. I slept😴 most of the first day there 😆 but well needed! I always say to me hubby when it's time for a getaway (hotel stay)... take me to the clouds (referring to the plush bed) and that I received!

The rooms were amazing as were the views. The restaurant was great and the restaurant waiters were top notch and went above and beyond. Food choices were nice and great quality. Rooms were clean and well designed. Facilities and amenities were awesome.

Our kitchen sink faucet sprayed all over, needed to be replaced. There was some kind of paint on the bottom of the jacuzzi tub, didn’t affect the tub but just didn’t look nice. No hot pads, seemed odd with having an oven.

The location is easy access to locate and to enjoy the beach. Oceanfront view is amazing! The staff were very friendly. We have stayed 3 Januarys at this location and love it!

The pool had children choking because it was way to much chlorine in that pool a lady and i had to pull our children out of the pool also it is the winter time i think the pool should have been a little warm it was really cold so i only got my feet wet my kids could barely enjoy it because it was really cold

I like the room i like how the balcony was spacious if it was the summer time we could sit outside and watch the outdoor pools that looks really nice and fun i like how the kids can be in the living area separate from the room the sofa-bed wasn't raggedy the bed wasn't comfortable but the sheets and the pillows were comfortable also the bathroom was spacious with the jetta tub was really nice and comfortable
