Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe breakfast was horrible. We stayed back just over a year ago, the breakfast was Amazing. This time we stayed just over 5 weeks. 2 days before we left, they decided to reopen the grill for breakfast. Otherwise, the eggs are dry, the potatoes are always burnt, there is no toast, the toaster is horribly dirty. The fruit, usually none. Breakfast was good,your last 2 days. Hopefully,vit stays this Way. We wanted to come back this weekend.

United StatesThe swimming pool wasn’t functioning properly and the hot tub didn’t work. The sofa bed was broken. The maintenance man tried to assist us fixing it, they couldn’t fix it, but we managed to let it down. The hotel has a few stains on the carpet. Definitely behind the sofa bed, the housekeeping could be better. On the balcony it’s was a few cups and a lot of cigarette butts outside.
I like the free breakfast which is excellent, I liked the little balcony that it provided. The bathroom is nice, I like that it the sofa bed is in a seperate room than the double beds.

United StatesI believe our room had not been rented in awhile. None of the lamps were plugged in, we were missing both remotes for tv’s, that did nothing but turn the tv on. We were also missing our coffee pot. We had the cream/sugar and pods, but no coffee maker.

United StatesThe rooms are starting to see much wear and tear. Much of the room equipment and public amenities were not operational. They ran out of food at the later part of breakfast both days we were there.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We had quite a few things go awry; and once they discovered our issues, they made an immediate effort to correct the situation and then compensated us with a night’s stay for our inconvenience.

CanadaToilet seat was oblong for a round toilet shape. Bathroom floor had grout missing from tiles. Alarm clock didn't work. Bed was just ok. Breakfast options online show more selections than what were actually available. No toast, a station for pancakes, but no pancakes, no yogurt, a lot of space unused in the buffet area. Disappointing.

United StatesThe staff upon entery did not greet us. We were also told about the pool prior to check in. The way we were told felt as if they were looking to make up an excuse for why we shouldn't check in. I'm sure this isn't Hiltons best practice. Also breakfast looked good but we decided not to eat there due to the cleanliness of the plates and silverware. We picked up items and they all had food stuck all over them. Unfortunately there were no staff to get more because it was so busy. We waited a few to find someone but never saw anyone available. We just chose to get breakfast somewhere else. Also the room could use some updates. The furniture, carpet, and wall coverings looked very worn.
