This room the ac did not work work as it should. Took a long time to cool. The refrigerator cooling abilities was insufficient.

The only caution I'd share is that I have a daughter with allergies to milk and eggs. We were so excited that they had almond milk out and available. The only problem was that it is in a clear glass bottle next to the regular milk, also in a clear glass bottle, and someone put the regular milk bottle into the holder for the almond milk and she had a fairly big reaction. The waitress there was so sweet. She stopped what she was doing to ask how she could help. It all worked out, but I would just advise to be extra careful, or maybe leave the milks in clearly marked containers (as it is now, there is just a sign on the table to indicate which is which).

This was in a great location, easy to find, easy to navigate and get to local attractions. We enjoyed the restaurant and the daily breakfasts. The staff was pleasant and kind.

There are so many choices in Ocala, but this hotel is really perfect. Huge rooms, nice decor, very good restaurant, and very comfortable beds. Really, everything you could want.

The market restaurant and bar bartender not as friendly. In her defense we were there on a Friday night and a musician was playing. She was completely overwhelmed and understaffed. We tried to order room service and they couldn't take our order and asked us to come to the restaurant and place a to go order. It took 45 minutes to get the order to take to our room.

Room and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bar was slow, understaffed, etc, etc. Waited a while and no one was there to serve me. Ended up leaving and going for dinner/drinks elsewhere. This seemed to be a problem by talking to others.

Breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. I did have breakfast included in my stay, however I would not have paid $22.50 for it.

The toilet bowl was broken and the safe was not working. Also pool and hot tub were not skimmed and there were no towels out by the pool. I had to go back to my room to get a towel.

Room was clean and comfortable and was very modern and updated. Lobby was beautiful and had a nice bar and restaurant.

The shower drain had a bunch of hair that went everywhere when we turned the water on, kind of gross.

Easy on and off I75, super comfy beds.
