There was no ginger ale, 7up or the like at the grab and go food bar. Only some artifiicial lemon lime brand I've never heard of.

The pool and hot tub were great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious with a very comfortable chair to read in.

The tv was a huge letdown. Trying to unwind after working all day watching YouTube in 480p was horrible. I ended up pulling out my laptop to watch instead. Disappointing for what seemed to be such a modern hotel.

Closeness to everything. Very clean and modern designed. Friendly staff.

We’ve stayed there before and this was probably the worst room we’ve ever been given. The dresser drawers didn’t stay closed. The door of the dresser where the refrigerator was located was hanging off the hinge. The shower never completely converted. Half water was coming from the bath spout. The shower curtain was too short. It was a bit disappointing for a Hilton property.

Everything my favorite part they allowed me to check in earlier than normal to decorate my room to surprise my wife. That really meant a lot.

The staff, the convenience of a 24-hour Starbucks, was awesome, good location, and a really good vibe.

Hot tub could be hotter and jets did not work, no workout bike in gym - only race bikes! Restaurant out of several preferred items and the walleye and chips did not taste right, we are Walleye fish experts!

The room definitely needed more attention to cleaning. There was hair from previous guests on the floor and in the shower/bathtub.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way with any requests to help a guest experience. Rooms were quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The lobby/restaurant area was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, had a little mixup with my reservation and they kept me calm with their kind demeanor as we worked it out. I never sleep well in hotels and slept like a baby. Blackout curtains were clutch and even in a hotel filled to the brim with hockey boys, halls were quiet. Cleaning staff was so friendly whenever I encountered them in the halls. And they cleaned and made up our bed (2 night stay) on our full day which i feel like is rare these days.

The water is very hot. Like melt your skin off hot! The restaurant is very expensive and breakfast is not included. Booking .com does not properly describe the rooms. The pool was broken which they claimed was maintenance issue and said pool needed drained bc a kid had an accident. But we seen them just adding chlorine instead. The beds r not comfortable at all. I had lots of shoulder and hip pain and tossed all night bc the beds were so firm. Although there was plenty of pillows and the beds and room was very clean. We loved the full size bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion that was in the room! The rooms were also pretty quiet. Overall would probably stay again if we upgraded to a room with softer beds!

I was very disappointed that there was not a bathtub in my room. That was maybe my mistake for not checking to make sure. Had I known though, I would have sought a different room or hotel. Also the Chop House was horrible. I was still hungry $54 later and it took 2 hours! Awful. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault but definitely was part of my whole experience.

The hotel and room were incredible. Bed was extremely comfortable.

For as nice of a place the pool was lacking and the chlorine fumes were a lot, like there was no ventilation and felt choked out being in there. We stayed in there for 20 mins maybe.

Staff was excellent. Friendly and kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. Room was perfect.

The bed was horrible, so uncomfortable. The room was so nice and clean, but not being able to fall aslsep comfortably or sleep through the night made thr trip suck. And it was not just my bed, the other family we were traveling with said the same issues.
