United StatesMy toilet did not work initially. That was quite unsettling for it not to be working on the very first use. An engineer did come almost right away, he was pleasant and efficient. The toilet got stopped up again but eventually went down. That experience was very unpleasant for Hilton quality and is the reason why I’m not rating it at the highest.
It was beautiful! The staff were very pleasant, personable and professional! Raul or David, I think he said, was very friendly, thorough and hospitable. I felt like he was sincerely glad that I was there! Each staff member was pleasant. The room clean and confirming. The location was reasonable as well.

United StatesWhen I got to my room. The TV didn't work. And both the desk and end table had food crumbles on them. It was a Saturday evening. I tried to use the app to order food, and it didn't work, so we had to go out to eat.
I've been to this location countless times, and it's been a nice experience.

United StatesThe gym has no view/frosted window. Also, there could have been water bottles available at the gym. Also, for some reason Housekeeping forgot to clean my room!
The room was very comfy, spacious, good bathroom counter space, good TV, fridge and blackout curtains. No noise heard despite facing the entrance/parking. The breakfast is absolutely worth it and should be booked with room. Also loved the Starbucks is 5-mins walking distance.

United StatesI wish breakfast was included in the price. That would have been nice. The ice machine on my floor was also out of service. I had to go to several floors before I was able to find a working ice machine.
The room itself was very modern. I loved the wireless charging options that the room offered. My favorite part of the room was the shower. I was amazing. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning worked very well even though it was hot and humid that day. Loved the keyless entry option to the room through the Hilton app. I was able to give my friends access to my key.

United KingdomMore attention could have been paid to gluten free options at breakfast. Rooms a little dated but similar to many US hotels. Tried to book the shuttle bus to Tysons Corner Centre but the app wasn't working an no sign of the driver.
Pleasant hotel located exactly where I needed to be for work. Had a high room overlooking the front which was pleasant and probably more interesting to look at. Staff were friendly and helpful.
