How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bathtub stopper was very tight and prevented water from draining. After a few minutes in the shower there was a build up of water.
The restaurant had an excellent choice of dinner items and our selections were delicious.

Great location to get to and from airport via courtesy shuttle. Polite and welcoming reception staff. Our room was large with ample space for luggage and was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom luxurious. Good sized television. Reasonable nightly tariff.

Rude guests who are loud when they are walking down the hallways/corridors while trying to sleep (only happened a couple times) but that is pretty much at most hotels I stay at now a days, people think they are the only ones who exist. Also, heads up if you have to catch a flight in the AM and your flight takes off from Terminals 7/8 at LAX, you will be the last ones to be dropped off and it will take the shuttle >30min to drop you off so plan your time accordingly.
Close to the airport and good if you only need it for a night's sleep to catch an early flight. Yes, it is an older hotel but it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I did not hear any planes take off or land as some people complained about noise but it was quiet for me as I was there from 10:30pm to 6:30am. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a plus/bonus.

i found hair on one of the towels, and no water bottle in the room.
Always helpful staff and friendly. Close to airport and rentals. Rooms are quite big.

The pool was cold and so was the hot tub. 2 of the hot tubs were closed.

Although I knew about the location in advance, Uber was the only option to get there.
The room was adequate, and the bed was comfortable, while the bathroom was satisfactory. However, the ceilings were low, and the view from the window was unappealing. On a positive note, complimentary water, coffee, shampoo, and soap were provided. Additionally, a free shuttle bus to the airport was available, with a very helpful driver who assisted me with my heavy luggage.

For the expense of parking (70 per day!), I was not happy not being able to find a parking spot in the deck during the weekend. Room service options was a bit lacking for my liking as well. Thankfully, food options are awesome in LA
The location is fantastic being close to the airport and rental car facilities. Also it is 30 to minutes to almost all major parts of LA which isn't too bad. The hotel overall was very quiet until the weekend when a rowdy convention came in. The staff was very professional and kind the wifi was okay. Great options on television and the cleaning staff was very thorough. The bar areas were wonderful as well. Loved the views of the runways!!!

With taxes on top we felt it was a little expensive, but the convenience ultimately outweighed that. The only gripe was the tea at breakfast in the cafe. To make tea you need to pour boiling water on to the tea bag, not have hot water in a pot & a teabag on the side to be dunked after it’s brought to the table. We’re English & tea addicted so we always notice when it’s not made properly.
The convenience to the airport & the airport shuttle was excellent. The breakfast was very good, great range of items. The room was clean & comfortable.

Everything there was very, very expensive. $17 for a tiny grab and go salad in a plastic box. $65 to park as a hotel guest. $6 for a 2oz bag of chips.
The lobby was quite nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

The only issue I had was the air conditioning in the room. It seemed that when we tried to adjust it, nothing happened. It was very cold. My husband wanted to have some cool air, so we didn’t turn it off.
It was a great location to catch our early flight. The facility was gorgeous and the staff treated us very well. The shuttle was a convenient way to LAX, and was available at 5am when we needed it.

There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There was a ticking noise coming from the toilet all night. Parking is expensive.

The water kept dripping in the shower, we were unable to shut it off. The tub has chipped paint.
Conveniently Located near the airport and our parking is in the same facility with flexible shuttle. We use the Hilton often and it was convenient for our overnight stay before our trip.

The phone in the room didn't work. The water to the shower was confusing to use until I got answers from front desk. Pull it he says and I nearly pulled the thing out of the wall. The 3rd floor is very old and needs some work.
The convenience of location to airport. The breakfast buffet was lovely but over priced.
