Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe waiter was by himself at dinner but it wasn’t crowded so no biggy. Someone from the kitchen helped clean tables. The next morning, breakfast tickets were passed out, he was still the only one and no one was helping. Finally someone from banquets came and sent two employees to help with clean up and then i think another one waited tables with him. He was amazing!!
The waiter was by himself and did not get stressed out. They need supervisors that supervise!!

Convenient to Morton Arboretum. Didn’t use any hotel amenities. Carpet was worn and tearing away at the seams in hallways. Elevator was slow, only 2/3 working with a full hotel. Rooms are dated, no digital clock in room, tv was small compared to today’s standards and other hotels. Shower was very tight with soap/shampoo right in the middle of the wall, could have placed in another location in shower. My husband had to stand sideways in shower because of this. Toilet seat was very loose, moved every time you used it.

The location is great—close to an interstate but very quiet. Our favorite restaurants and shopping are short drives away.

United StatesHot Tube needs to be service. Not all of the jets were working. Air intakes to make the water bubble were not all working. The timer on the wall for the hot tube to turn on and off was broken. It stayed on all of the time. There was no shower gel in the shower. The handle in the shower needs to be fixed. The set screw needs to be tightened up before the handle falls off. There are 6" long gaps on the back bottom 2 corners in the shower that needs to be caulk or regrouted. Water can leak down to the lower floor. When I booked the hotel room it stated that breakfast was included. Found out later that breakfast was not included. The customer service person at the front desk was too busy to help me out about the breakfast issue.
Room was nice. Slept like a baby. Place was clean. Warm cookies when I checked in.
