The prices in the small shop for food are ridiculous expensive

The pools were awesome and the amount of spas were more of what I expected. And the tennis courts are in great conditions.

We started off on the wrong foot with respect to cleanliness. When we checked in we were given a very dirty room. Papers in the toilet, water footsteps o. The bathroom floor and even underwear in one of the closet drawers. Every was fixed after we were given another clean room.

A little maintenance is needed in the hallways as it leaked when it rained and left the corridor wet. I couldn't find the ice dispenser 😊

The location and amenities of this resort were perfect for our family trip. The resort was lush and clean and the staff was welcoming. On site parking was a major plus as we had a car. We were right next to SeaWorld and restaurants were within walking distance; shopping malls were also pretty close. The pool, on site restaurant and café were awesome with plenty of nice, clean space to relax and enjoy the facilities. Food and drinks were pretty good and I appreciated the daily treat of Starbucks coffee. Our suite was amazing with oversized bedroom, living room, balcony, dining area, full kitchen with breakfast counter and a laundry closet. We were never tripping over each other in this space. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here.

Room: with this size a second bedroom would have been better for our family of four. The equipment was very basic, especially the number of the plates ( only 3 big plates and 4 fruit plates is not enough for a family of four). Pool: a few more shady places would have ben great. Mini market: disappointment for a hotel that is not situated close to an outside super marker. There were no prices anywhere, even for the most basic things, which is something I see for the first time in my life and the prices were at least 4 times higher than the normal price. It was a rippoff for somebody to buy breakfast or or a quick snack. This was really unacceptable. We felt like idiots. Again, for a hotel that doesn't offer breakfast possibility , it was unacceptable. We paid less for the same starbucks coffee in Kennedy Space center!!

The room was very spacious. The size of the pools was quite good and the ambiance very pleasant. The location was very beautiful and quite convenient for Seaworld and the two twin parcs, also close to the center and transportation facilities.

Pool area was awesome. You could bring your own food and drinks and no one bothered you about it. Great location. Lovely paths to walk. Washer and dryer in every room was amazing. Staff was all very sweet. Daily room cleaning. Just a wonderful place.

Our rooms were not on the same floor as mI requested. One of the rooms the air conditioner was not working. The front desk was able to find us another room.

We were in a room at the end of the hall. There was a glass window above the hot tub. There was no way to make the room dark.

The only issue we had was with the front desk clerk, Ghiovani. He was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming when we returned to re-check in. No smile, no courtesy just a cold, sharp tone that was totally uncalled for. My husband and I were so put off by his attitude, we seriously considered checking out and finding another hotel. He was that disrespectful. Thankfully, the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make up for his behavior.

THE POOL!! THE STAFF!! THE TEXT-TO-HELP FEATURE — ALL SO HELPFUL!! The staff were all so nice except for one guy. But everyone else was incredibly kind and sweet! Very close to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, and even Universal Orlando. Lizbelia at the check-in counter was very, very, very helpful. She made us feel welcome and warm. We had a small issue with two reservations not linking, and she told us to come back in the morning to re-check in. So nice and professional! David, who drives the cart, was so nice to us every time we saw him, he smiled and waved! Such a sweet guy. Also, the newer guy from Colombia who drives the cart he was really kind to us too.
