Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesLoved the in-room amenities, so convenient as we were traveling with two infants. It was like a home, less a hotel room.

United StatesOutside the property next to the next door Go pool, wifi is not working, and cell singal is very weak, I got very frustrated to get an uber with very bad internet on my phone. Could get some directions about how to walk to the Linq and also the Monorail station. Walked extra without knowing there is better path
location is good, walking distance to a lot of things. High Roller is 5 minutes walk, Sphere is walkable though we did uber, didn't feel like walk for 20-25 minutes with elders and kids in the group. Its own Pool is not crowded, but in afternoon, the Flamingo Go pool next door is very load Party Music. Provided free bottle water enough for all of us for the whole stay. like 12 bottles of water.

New ZealandReal shame the kids pool with the slide wasn't open outside of the weekend, especially with the pool party in action - having another space for the kids to swim would have been better.
Love the location here and being so handy and so quiet. Had a blast for a few hours at the pool party. The king suites are perfect for a family of four. Carparking building was handy and free.

IrelandLocation was great, hotel itself and staff 10/10. Room was beautiful and lovely view of pool. Only flaw was we paid for “continental breakfast” which consisted of a muffin of choice and a coffee or juice. There is a strip of multiple restaurants a 5 minute walk from the hotel we ate there most the holiday. Other than that, absolutely great and would stay again.

CanadaA couple of the elevators were in and out of service during my stay so it was a little slower getting up and down sometimes. There is no wall to the bathroom, so you can see between the bathroom and the sleeping area. The toilet and shower are through a second door but the bathtub is right there. Not bad as a solo person but if more than one person in the room it could be difficult to turn on a bathroom light and not wake someone up in the night. Also note Uber doesn't pick up at the property, you would get it at the Flamingo hotel around the corner. A short walk, but good to know if you have a lot of luggage
Room was really big, lots of space, very comfortable. I especially liked that there was a fridge, microwave and hot drink machine which made it a much more comfortable stay. Staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The daily water was a nice addition. I had a conference at the Caesar's Forum opposite so this hotel was really handy, less than 5 minute walk

South AfricaThe property was decent, but a little tired. The Wifi was very poor The over 21 pool at the flamingo hotel has a DJ whose speakers face the Hilton and extremely loud music played from 09h30 - 18h30 every day. The music was so loud that your room vibrated. It is a serious detraction from this property and I wouldn't stay here again as a result
The hotel is old and tired, compared to the other hotels in the area, but was suitable enough if you are just using it as a place to sleep

United StatesOn the last day before leaving there was a cockroach in the restroom and when I brought it up to the front desk they didn’t seem to be surprised or worried.
The space in the room was great and I like how it’s not to hectic as it would be to stay right on the strip.

United KingdomThe very loud music from a public pool just outside the hotel grounds. So loud the base made your clothes move at the hotel entrance. This went from 9am to 7pm so using the hotel pool or sitting in grounds wasn't comfortable unless you like head banging music.
A big suite with all the equipment and utensils needed to be self-sufficient Just off the strip and not a volume location as many in Vegas. No 30+ minute queues to check in. Quiet overnight as not on strip

United StatesI remember the bed used to be comfy. I was here last year. This year the bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with back and neck pain every morning. The pillows were too soft, they would flatten out once I lay on them. The last night we pulled the sofa bed, it was way more comfortable than the bed. We were there for 5 nights. I wish I had pulled it out sooner. Overall everything was great.
I love how I have a kitchenette in my room and a washer and dryer. I had the one-bedroom unit. It's spacious and clean.

KazakhstanI overlooked that the check-out time was 10 AM, rather than the more typical 11 or 12, and staff didn't mention it during the check-in. Given the city’s vibrant and late-running nightlife, this early check-out felt somewhat strategic, potentially aimed at encouraging guests to pay extra for a late check-out option.
The rooms were very nice and spacious, perfectly clean. I really appreciated the great location and yet a quiet place with a no-smoking policy. Also, it was a nice surprise to have an opportunity to play a grand piano that has free access on the 2nd floor.

AustraliaThe room we had which was a king suite was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything that we needed. The hotel itself was nice and quiet and had good facilities available. And the location is perfect. Right in the centre of the strip just behind the Flamingo. Great location if you want to be on the strip but a bit removed from all the hustle and bustle that comes with a casino hotel!

MalaysiaParking was a bit far, on site parking 30 dollars, 2 ladies managing the breakfast at marketplace ( 1 was super efficient and fast, another could be improved a lot - but both super friendly), elevator can be improved
Spacious Room, Friendly Staff, you could see the sphere from infront of the room and flamingo pool construction from room window (lucky it was not full force so we had a quiet day and peaceful sleep), everywhere walking distance, right infront of the monorail

United StatesWe booked this property also to use the flamingo hotel pool with our kiddos. This was under renovation though and only a small portion (the family pool) was accessible. Would have liked to know this in advance. Staff did their job but was hardly ever friendly throughout our stay besides the ladies in the market, who were great
Spacious, renovated room with a huge bathroom and very comfy bed. Nicely equipped kitchen. Little market with Starbucks coffee on site and a nice small pool area. Very quiet at night so nicely tucked away from the noise of the strip but still close

CanadaThey had a cleaning stuff shortage. When we miss their cleaning time, our room didn’t get cleaned but they brought us new towels and toilet paper, so it was good. But when we request dinner reservation, they declined to do so saying they don’t do that kind of service. That was a minus point.
Overall stay was comfortable enough as we were upgraded to a suite with a soaker bathtub. There was a loud music issues early morning, however, the hotel took care of it as the music was played by the construction workers at the swimming pool.
