The walls are very thin and my partner snores and someone was knocking on the wall. We felt very bad because we requested in advance a end of the hallway room for that reason. My partner couldn’t sleep very well that night

The Hotel did not honor our original price. We paid $200.00 more than when we booked. I am concerned and hope this is not a common practice.

Very clean and well kept. However, the bathroom should have an exhaust fan. The humidity in the bathroom during and after a shower is noticeable and causing mildew and cracks in the drywall.

The bathroom could definitely use an update, and housekeeping is lacking a bit. The water pressure was horrible, like showering in a bubbler. The shower and toilet both weren't cleaned properly, housekeeping staff was not very friendly or helpful. Asking for towels and toilet paper seemed to trouble her. Another housekeeping staff was carrying clean linens on their bare head. Really gross. Pay to park at $12/day is excessive.

Great location, friendly front desk staff, especially the overnight worker. Great food for breakfast in lobby and excellent dinner from Ironworks. Welcoming to our dogs, most important of all!

Shower needed a decent scrubbing and definitely could have been much cleaner. Staff was nice, but didn’t always follow through with requests for things being sent up to the room. Not a huge deal at all though. The room was a bit pricey as well, but worth the quality compared to hotels nearby with the same pricing and awful rooms.

Clean room. Quiet. Lobby is impressive and clean. Good selection of snacks. Spacious room. Huge tv. Bright and sunny. Comfortable. Felt like a cozy home away from home.

Parking was an issue on the Friday night we were there. The restaurant that is attached was packed and there was a wedding party there too. Even the overflow parking was full.

Paid a little extra to have breakfast included and it was totally worth it. Good location, comfortable bed.

There was no shuttle service to the airport and parking was confusing as it is run by a separate parking management company. There was no availability for our trip so we had to scramble to find other accommodations.

The location is conveniently located near the airport and rental car return. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. This is my go to hotel when in Rhode Island. Would recommend for business travel. The Iron Works Restaurant is connected to the hotel as well!!

The pool was out of service and at no point did anyone let us know that ahead of time. When we go for dance competitions and have short stays, we always try to make sure that we have a hotel with a pool. Being that the pool was out of service, it was quite a disappointment to me and my family.

The rooms were a good size and it was clean. The bed was comfortable.

I understand with the demand of a business, However I do not agree with the NEW parking fee. As a traveler in town for one or two nights with a rental car you would think the cost of the parking would be excluded due to the rental of the room.

My family and I have stayed here a few times when traveling. The connecting restraint is absolutely awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful and eager to meet your needs. We will most definitely stay here again.
