We had stayed at 2 other hotels this past week while traveling. This was the only hotel that required $5.00 parking fee. This was the only place that required an internet fee. The booking said “breakfast included”. That is why I decided to stay here. I learned a lesson though. You book with hotels that say, “complimentary breakfast”. We found out the Hilton breakfast wasn’t complimentary so why put anything about breakfast at all in the ad. Other people checking in thought the same way I did. The lady who checked us in said, you can go next door to the Hampton in for a free breakfast. The last 2 hotels we stayed in were the Holiday Inn and Ramada Inn. They had a complimentary breakfast, free internet and free parking. The Hiltons facilities weren’t any nicer. I expected different because it was the “Hilton”.

Bathroom lighting wasn't good for applying make-up. Also, a light by the full length mirror would be nice.

The stayed was fine. But would have been better with complimentary breakfast, it was a lot of us all of them says they are not coming back for that reason.

I did not eat at the place because that was unexpected to find out breakfast was not included.

Breakfast was ordinary. Nothing exciting or anything you want to try again.' The bed was awful. Too high, difficult to get in bed. Mattress too hard.

Size of the room was good since we had a King Suite Location close to Palm Beach Price too high- we have stayed here for half the price

The noise from the renovations. Also, the digital key card did not regularly work, especially when tried to use on both rooms. The first day housekeeping never came to tidy up our room the second day we had to go to them to ask that they plan on there was no do not disturb sign on the door they just never came by. The pool hours were from sunrise to sunset. We were looking forward to being able to swim at night.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms the pleasant staff the pools. Larger comfy rooms. Great location easy to get around to nearby stores and activities.

I think they should have let guest know ahead of time construction was going on. You could not use the gym you had to go to property next door and use theirs. None of the ice machines worked luckily the lady at the front desk got us some from the restaurant. We used the washing machine and put our clothes in and detergent paid the money and started it came back 20 minutes later to find it had not washed our clothes due to someone turning off water supply to machine and not turning it back on. The sink in our bathroom would fill up and not drain. I think we should have been given a heads up about the construction before arriving so we could have made different arrangements or either the option to stay at the property next door that they told us they also owned.

The outside was very clean and and staff was very friendly.

If I had a swim suit it would have been nice. Those swimming said the water was very nice, and it was hot here, while I was here. There may have been some remodeling going on. However, it was not noticeable to any real sense. One elevator looked like it might have been recently replaced. Not a problem. I did not see any workers, however the job was being performed at some time. I am sorry, I do not have anything negative to say.

Over all I enjoyed the stay here, every staff member I talked to was very nice and professional. The rate for the rooms was very fare. They extended my stay at a last minute notice, which was greatly appreciated. I received another room, which was better, than the first. I say this because the first room had two queen beds inside. And the first bed I slept in was a bit uncomfortable on my back. The second bed I did not use, I changed my sleeping position, it was fine. The second room had a king size bed, very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. Both rooms had Micro-waves and spacious refrigerators. The second room had two separate parts with separate Flat Screen TV’s. Both rooms had very good working Air Conditioners. I did eat at this location, and the food was absolutely delicious. The decor was very nice. The bar was very well ran. The staff really friendly. Over all it was a great stay, I would certainly come back. Upstairs was quiet, the rooms were quiet as well. It was very nice!!!

Problems - The ice machine was beside the room and it made a lot of noise during the night. Also, we booked a room with 2 queen size beds and instead we got a room with a king size bed and couch.

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and informative.

This Hilton hotel doesn’t have any signs indicating on the building. The interior is old and so are the rooms. Check-in was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience altogether; the lady behind the desk could not find our reservation in her system and made us call Booking.com as she wanted us to fix it. I had the booking number etc. and it said two rooms. Only after we had spend quite some time finding additional booking info without success, the lady realized that the other room was booked under a different name. I was asked the name of second traveler by booking . com. I believe that the clerk should have known all this.

rust and decay at bottom of shower track furniture had wear n tear marks and had seen better days. pillows so flat device to roll down curtain blinder was hard to operate. chef for dinner area walked out.
