Rooms are a bit worn; tub was a bit rough. Linens are pretty worn. Not terrible since all clean

Location is near many nice Restaurants and shopping. Hotel parking across the street but was free. I pd for breakfast additional with room. Breakfast was good (not great) they made it fresh to order. Customer service was really good very serviceable and helpful with any questions. The dining area workers were excellent. Rooms are a bit used, can use some updates, but were clean. Pillows were nice. Has free wifi and laundry. I could not use it because my name was entered incorrectly when reserved. I could not get my Hilton acct active because i already have an acct and my information was used. But was available. All in all was a good stay, I would return if ever in that area.

There was really hardly anything to choose from to eat on the Monday morning that I was there. No eggs. Just a bunch of sausage and bacon n potatoes. The fireplace in the hotel as you walk in did not work. The pool area could use a revamp. The hot tub floor hurts to walk on. And the shower stick in our shower kept falling to the bottom. It didn’t stay up for us to shower so we literally had to hold the shower handle up. We love this area. We will be back, but there are some things that definitely need to be fixed, especially for the amount of money customers are paying to stay.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful, clean. Room service n staff was amazing!

Your location is on a very busy corridor (VA Beach Blvd). Knowing the location, I'm not bothered, however out of town guest may take exception to it's location.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel the morning after. You have diners just outside your business. Maybe offer your guest discounts at your neighboring breakfast locations, giving your clients a VA Beach a city-view of what VA Beach offers. Everything around your business seems to be pedestrian centered.

Cleanliness needs to improve. Bathroom was not clean or stocked, soap was stuck to the counter, counter had a white film on it and was sticky. Chair in room was stained and cobwebs on the wall.

The beds are hard as rocks. Seriously. 4 nights of being extremely uncomfortable. For this reason, and I alone, when we visit Va Beach again, we won’t stay here.

I found other people body hair in bed and blood on sheets. NEED TO HAVE A SUPERIOR CHECK ON ONES THAT CLEANS ROOMS. Make sure they during there jobs in the bedding and mildew inside shower and whirlpool. Had to change my bed linen myself.

I like the hotel location. Enjoy that everything in walking distance such as restaurants, shopping ect

The front desk service was exceptional and I travel a lot. They should give Avaly a raise.
