For the amount of money paid to stay one night, a free continental breakfast is not too much to ask.

The rooms were clean and front desk staff were very nice.

Towels were not always available by pool but would call for. There were nails sticking out of rug where rug met other flooring which was right in middle of room, reported while was there hoping took care of for next guest.

Brandon from Valley Forge was very helpful on phone before arrived and once there was very friendly, helpful when needed anything and available via text at anytime. Compliments to Brandon for providing excellent service. Breakfast and other front desk staff also very friendly and helpful.

The shower pressure was horrible and there was no light in the stand up shower.

The hotel bar/restaurant had a very strange setup, bar bottles were just thrown on the counter, unorganized and a very odd feel to it, almost located right in the middle of the lobby, out in the open, which just seemed awkward.

Hotel lobby was beautiful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was suppose to come every other day, they didn’t come at all. It’s nice to have indoor pool but a outdoor pool would be nice for summer. Waitress was extremely nice at the grill. But the desk staff couldn’t be bothered, not very friendly. Hotel was a bit overpriced as well.

Breakfast was confusing! I paid extra in my booking to have breakfast included. Then I received complimentary breakfast vouchers. Which isn’t complimentary when I paid for them. Hotel should have free breakfast buffet included with stay, like most hotels, it was a strange setup.

The rooms seem dated. The furniture is really worn. The sofa was uncomfortable and some of the plugs and light switches didn't work.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the Cafe was comfortable and inviting, and food was delicious. There was also a great lounge area.

The room was in the rear of the hotel with a major road behind it. Traffic was on this road all night, noisy.

Location was great for my needs. Parking was easy and my floor was quiet. Seems like they have good amenities but I didn't get a chance to check them out.

Had to call for daily housekeeping service even though we had asked for it upon arrival. Indoor pool did not look clean so didn’t use it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms we clean and fairly up to date. It was weird that we could hear our neighbors tv clear as day from our bathroom vent but it wasn’t a huge deal. The staff members were polite and the value overall was fair.

Minor things: I expect at least one housekeeping visit for a four night stay. We could hear conversations from another room very clearly through the bathroom vent. The heat/ac unit seemed to have a mind of its own.

Our room was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just fine. The location was excellent.
