That I had to pay for parking. When reserving, it was not clear there was a fee. I would have chosen another hotel; in fact I cancelled a different reservation because of their parking charge.

Ideal location in Tysons Corner with Metro to Washington DC and Dulles International Airport. Hotel was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly. The shuttle bus was always available and the staff were friendly.

Property is old, outdated. First room they gave me the bed was so undone, terrible, the bedsheets looked used then someone just quickly fixed the bed before our arrival. I felt so disgusted, I called reception to change the room. Now, the other room bathroom door locked us out twice we had to call maintenance in the middle of the night to unlock so we can use the bathroom. Poor lightening in the room, no fan in the bathroom

It's not really a dislike— just be aware that there are more than one Hilton in this neighbourhood! In case you're ordering taxis, etc.

The room was comfortable, spacious and had all the usual hotel amenities. I was well catered for when visiting for a conference in the area. Front of House staff, Shuttle Drivers, Cleaners were all friendly, accommodating and professional.

The bar was AWFUL. We had one drink at the bar and it was made terribly. Way too strong and the bartender didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was very nice but definitely not good at making drinks.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean. It was nice having a coffee maker and a refrigerator.

Location is not great, but practical if you are doing something in Tysons Corner by car. There is nothing walkable from the hotel.

Perfectly reasonable/standard hotel room. Nothing special about the place, but exactly what you'd expect. Bar, business center, and convenience shop in the lobby.

They didn't always have basics like orange juice for breakfast, which were replaced by apple and cranberry juice. I'm not sure if these are great sources of vitamin C and likely contain a lot of added sugar. We needed to alternate this with local coffee shops, that were short drive away. Also, regarding basics, we needed to ask for a backup toilet paper roll after this was not provided by housekeeping automatically. They provided it happily at front desk, but surprised we needed to ask. The laundry is coin operated (!) so you need to bring lots of quarters. There was no change machine and it's not clear that front desk staff were eager to provide large numbers of quarters needed (16 for wash and dry). Another oddity with less people carrying any cash. We knew about this from earlier stay so brought plenty of quarters.

Room was fine and staff were more attentive than promised 48 hour housekeeping/towel change cycle. Fridge in room was helpful. The breakfast was good. The scrambled eggs and sausage were fine and the make-it-yourself waffles and toast-yourself English muffins were reliable. Good value at $14/person/day. The parking garage is quite convenient at $15/day. The exercise room was useful with an elliptical, bicycle, treadmill, good hand weight set, adjustable weight bench and exercise ball. They have guest laundry (washer and dryer) one site, which was useful for 1 week stay. We are repeat customers so it has been fine for our needs.
